معرفی شرکت معرفی شرکت شرکت مجموعه سازی توس یکی از بزرگترین تامین کننده های قطعات شرکت ایران خودرو می باشد که با داشتن مساحتی نزدیک به 13000 متر مربع دارای بزرگترین سالن ماشینکاری CNC در استان خراسان می باشد. این شرکت با تولید قطعات پیکان که اولین خودروی ملی ساخته شده توسط ایران خودرو بود کار خود را آغاز نمود و اکنون نیز در تامین قطعات تولیدات جدید ایران خودرو نقش بسزایی را ایفا می کند. در واحد مونتاژ شرکت مجموعه سازی توس، قطعاتی از خودرو های پژو 405، تندر 90 و پژو 206 در انواع گازی و بنزینی، با ترمز ABS و بدون ترمز ABS تولید می شود. تعدادی از قطعات اولیه ی واحد مونتاژ در واحد تولید شرکت ساخته می شوند و یا مراحلی از ماشینکاری روی آنها انجام می گیرد (مانند بازوهای اتاق و کاسه چرخ و...) و تعدادی نیز از خارج کارخانه و یا کارخانه های مجاور در مجتمع صنعتی تامین می گردد (مانند کمک ها و لوله ی رابط اکسل عقب و ...). همچنین اتصالات مانند پیچ ها، پرچها و واشرها و... از تولید کننده های دیگر با توجه به استاندارد های مطرح شده توسط مشتری نهایی که شرکت ایران خودرو می باشد تامین می گردد. دفتر مرکزی این شرکت در تهران بوده و همچنین در حال گسترش و ایجاد سایتهای تولیدی در زاهدان ، تهران و... می باشد. قطعات خروجی کارخانه که عمدتا به مقصد ایران خودرو خراسان و ACI PARS هستند، عبارتند از: اکسل عقب پژو 405، اکسل جلو، دیسک و توپی 405، کمک فنر جلو 405،کاسه چرخ تندر 90،دیسک ترمز تندر 90،سگدست تندر 90،توپی چرخ تندر 90 . برچسب ,
