IranFacto does not ship goods. Find transport and logistics companies here, and agree the shipping terms directly with your supplier or carrier.
IranFacto's role
IranFacto is a supplier directory that connects buyers and sellers; it is not an online shop or a shipping company. IranFacto does not sell or ship goods, does not set freight costs, does not insure shipments and is not a party to the deal. The supplier or the carrier proposes the shipping method, cost and timing, and you agree on them before the deal.
Terms of useSettle this before the deal
- Shipping method: freight company, post, dedicated transport, or collection at the supplier's site
- Freight cost: included in the price or charged separately, and who pays it
- Order preparation time and the estimated arrival time
- Cargo insurance and who is liable for damage in transit
- Packaging, especially for fragile or heavy goods
- The exact delivery address and the recipient's phone number
Put the delivery location and the date you need the goods in your quote request, so suppliers include shipping in their offer.
Tracking a shipment
Once it ships, ask the supplier for the tracking number or the waybill and follow the shipment on the carrier's own site. IranFacto has no shipment tracking system.
International shipping
In export and import deals, the documents, Incoterms and freight are agreed between buyer and supplier. IranFacto does not provide international freight or customs clearance services.

- The proforma invoice or contract stating the shipping terms
- The waybill or the receipt from the carrier
- The shipment tracking number
- Your correspondence with the supplier about shipping
