By accessing and using the IranFacto platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

To use certain services on the platform, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. IranFacto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

Buyers commit to providing accurate and complete information in their requests. Price inquiries and quotes must be made with genuine purchase intent. Buyers must clearly agree on payment and delivery terms with the vendor. Any abuse of the platform, sending fake requests, or unprofessional behavior may result in account suspension or termination.

Vendors commit to providing accurate and truthful information about their products. Product images and specifications must be genuine and unmanipulated. Vendors must respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner. Offering counterfeit, fraudulent, or substandard products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Vendors must have all necessary permits to sell their products.

IranFacto is a B2B platform for connecting buyers and vendors. Actual transactions occur between buyers and vendors, and IranFacto is not a party to the transaction. Our platform may facilitate payment services, but ultimate responsibility for completing the transaction rests with the buyer and vendor. Any financial disputes must be resolved directly between the parties, unless IranFacto decides to mediate.

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other elements on the IranFacto platform belong to IranFacto or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or redistribution of any content without prior written permission is prohibited. Users are permitted to use platform content only for personal and non-commercial use.

Using the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, scams, or any other harmful activity is prohibited. Sending spam, viruses, malware, or any other malicious code is prohibited. Attempting unauthorized access to systems, user accounts, or platform networks is prohibited. Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to collect data without permission is prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent security or technical restrictions of the platform is prohibited.

IranFacto has no liability for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the platform. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or secure. IranFacto has no responsibility for content, quality, or accuracy of information provided by users. Ultimate responsibility for verifying and confirming vendors and products rests with buyers.

IranFacto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time. After account cancellation, some information may be retained for legal or accounting purposes. Obligations and responsibilities that by their nature should survive termination will continue.

IranFacto reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend regularly reviewing this page to stay informed of the latest changes.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Tehran. By using the platform, users accept the jurisdiction of these courts.
