در سال 1352 بود كه پس از چندين سال مونتاژ بلوورهای وارداتی هوای فشرده در مجموعه ای تحت عنوان "SSكمپرسور" دسترسی به آماری از گمركات كشور كه نشان دهنده نياز بازار مصرف داخلی به بيش از 10،000 كمپرسور در سال بود، جرقه اوليه توليد اين محصول را در ذهن من ايجاد كرد. اين جرقه اوليه و شوق تسلط بر اين فن آوری مرا واداشت تا با همكاری تنی چند از نيروهای متخصص خود در مجموعه "SS كمپرسور" به تجزيه و تحليل محصولات شاخص روز جهان و تحقيق و تفحص در مورد استانداردهای موجود همت كنيم. سرانجام پس 2 سال تلاش و تحقيق مستمر در سال 1354 موفق به توليد كمپرسورهای پيستونی هوای فشرده به روش مهندسی معكوس گشته و به ميمنت اين موفقيت نام مجموعه را به "هوای فشرده محقق" تغيير داديم. يقين دارم كه قريب به 40 سال خدمت صادقانه و مستمر و حضور فعال دونسل از خانواده "محقق" در عرصه صنعت هوای فشرده امروز "هوای فشرده محقق" را كه حسب گسترش طيف محصولات و خدمات خود از سال 1380 به "گروه صنعتی هواسازان صبا" تغيير نام يافته به یکی از معتبرترين مجموعه های فعال در اين زمينه تبديل كرده است. اينك اين مجموعه حاصل تلفيق يك عمر تجربه و علم روز خود را در قالب طيف گسترده محصولات به عرصه صنعت داخل كشور و نيز كشورهای آسيای ميانه، عراق و افغانستان عرضه داشته و اميد آن دارم كه در سايه تلاش روز افزون در حفظ كيفيت برتر و خدمات مطلوب، ضمن استمرار اين چرخه خانوادگی، حاصل عمر خود را در رضايت هرچه بيشتر بازار مصرف از اين مجموعه شاهد باشم. اسماعيل محقق منتظری جشن توليد يكصد هزارمين محصول، اسفند 1386

شرکت کابل متال در سال 1370 در راستای نیل به خودکفائی کشور و شـکوفائی اقتصاد میهن اسلامی در زمینه تولید انواع سیم و کابل برق تاسیس گردید و به دست متخصصـان ایـرانی در سال 1375 به بهره برداری رسید و براساس استانداردهای ملی و بین المللی جهت برآورده ساختن نیاز بازارهای داخلی و خارجی فعالیت خود را آغاز نمود . در سال 1384 با توجه به نیاز کشور و طرح های عمرانی ، این شرکت اقدام به طرح توسعه و افزایش توانمندیهای خود علی الخصوص در زمینه کابلهای تخصصی ( که عمدتاً از خارج از کشور وارد می گردید ) نمود . در سال 1386 به بهره برداری رسید . طی سال های 1389 الی 1390 با تلاش و پشتکار کلیه کارکنان و مدیران در جهت نصب و راه اندازی ماشین آلات موفق به اتمام پروژه ایجاد کارخانه تولید کابل فشار قوی و غلاف سربی گردید و در ابتدای سال 1391 ، آغاز به کار نمود و مورد بهره برداری قرار گرفت و باز هم توانستیم در افتخارات صنایع کشور سهیم باشیم . همچنین در ابتدا سال 93 این واحد تولیدی نسبت به نو سازی ماشین آلات و بروز رسانی سیستم های تولید و مجهز نمودن آنها به تکنولوژی روز اقدام نمود و به لحاظ استفاده از حداکثر توان تولید برای جوابگویی سفارشات مشتریان افزایش فضای کارخانه را نیز در برنامه کار خود قرار دهد که در تحقق این امر از ابتدای سال 1393 تا بهمن سال 1394 کلیه تصمیمات به مرحله اجرا درآمد و مجدد این شرکت توانست با خرید ماشین آلات جدید و بروز و نصب و راه اندازی آنها و ایجاد 2000 متر مربع سالن تولید و افزایش 5500 متر به فضای کارخانه با افتخار در شکوفایی صنعت کشور و رفع وابستگی قدم بردارد . شایان ذکر است طی سال 1380 تاکنون این شرکت متناسب با اقدامات خود در جهت توسعه و افزایش توان تولید خود به جهت حفظ و ارتقای کیفیت نیز تلاشهای برجسته ای انجام داده و با استقرار سیستم مدیریت یکپارچه ( integrated management system ) و ایجاد مدیریت تضمین کیفیت و سیستمهای کنترل خط تولید این اطمینان را به مصرف کنندگان محترم و مشتریان می دهد که محصولات تولیدی از مشخصات فنی مطابق با استانداردهای ملی و یا استانداردهای رایج بین المللی برخوردار باشد . در حال حاضر این شرکت با 200 نفر نیروی انسانی و 20000 مترمربع فضای تولید واقع در بزرگترین شهرصنعتی کشور و با تلاش مهندسین با تجربه و کارآمد در بخش فنی و مهندسی ، QC و تولید و همچنین
