شرکت کارخانجات تولیدی شهید قندی شرکت کارخانجات تولیدی شهید قندی در آبان ماه سال ۱۳۶۳ با هدف تولید انواع کابلهای مخابراتی مسی وکابلهای مخابراتی نوری ، توسعه ارتباطات و ایجاد تحول در شبکه عظیم مخابراتی کشور ، تحت پوشش وزارت پست و تلگراف و تلفن وقت درشهر یزد درزمینی به وسعت یک میلیون مترمربع و بازیربنایی معادل دویست هزارمترمربع همگام باآخرین فناوری روزجهان وبه عنوان پدیده ای نو درعرصه تولیدکابلهای مخابراتی تاسیس گردید. شروع بهره برداری از این مجتمع عظیم صنعتی ، مقارن با افتتاح سالن تولید کابلهای مخابراتی نوری بود که برای اولین بار درکشور، درسال ۱۳۶۷ محقق گردید. در سال ۱۳۶۹ با تولید کابلهای مخابراتی مسی آغاز شد و به منظور افزایش ظرفیت تولید ، خودکفایی صنعتی و تامین نیاز روزافزون کشور، تا سال ۱۳۸۴ طی سه مرحله توسعه یافت. در سال ۱۳۶۸ شرکت فیبر نوری و سلول خورشیدی با هدف تولید فیبر نوری و پانلهای خورشیدی در تهران راه اندازی و در سال ۱۳۷۸ دراین شرکت ادغام گردید. این شرکت در سال۱۳۷۵ جزء نخستین شرکتهای ایرانی بوده که موفق به اخذ گواهینامه ISO ۹۰۰۱گردید و درسال ۱۳۸۱ گواهینامه کیفیت ISO ۹۰۰۱ویرایش ۲۰۰۰ واستاندارد زیست محیطی ISO ۱۴۰۰۱ بر مبنای روح حاکم براین استانداردها است که هدف اصلی شرکت ، حفظ کیفیت درحداستانداردهای جهانی وبرآورده ساختن انتظارات مشتریان ، تعالی صنعتی واقتصادی وحذف وابستگی و حضور موثر در بازارهای جهانی میباشد . اصل مشتری سالاری وبهبود مستمرکیفیت و خدمات ، باور قطعی و تثبیت شده مدیران و کارکنان این شرکت می باشد تا در انجام به موقع تعهدات و در نظر گرفتن نیازها و خواسته های مشتریان و تضمین کیفیت محصولات تولیدی نهایت دقت و تلاش را مبذول نمایند. در راستای برنامه سوم توسعه اقتصادی ، اجتماعی وفرهنگی وسیاستهای خصوصی سازی دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سال ۱۳۸۳ شرکت کارخانجات تولیدی شهید قندی از سهامی خاص به سهامی عام تبدیل و نام شرکت از “شرکت کابلهای مخابراتی شهید قندی” در سال ۱۳۸۷ به “شرکت کارخانجات تولیدی شهید قندی” تغییر گردید.
