شرکت متصا در سال 83 فعالیت خود را با تولید پروفیل آلومینیوم و با هدف تولید انواع پروفیل های ساختمانی و صنعتی آغاز نمود و در سال 87 خطوط رنگ و ساخت در و پنجره دوجداره آلومینیومی را راه اندازی کرد. با اجرای نمای کرتن وال، کامپوزیت، سرامیک و چوب در سال 90 وارد عرصه اجرای نماهای مدرن شد. به طور کلی فعالیت های متصا را می توان در 3 بخش تولید، ساخت، نصب و اجرای سیستم های آلومینیومی دنبال کرد: ✔ بخش تولید: کارخانه تولید پروفیل آلومینیومی متصا واقع در “قم، جاده قدیم قم-کاشان، شهرک صنعتی امید” با بکارگیری تجهیزات دقیق و مدرن، همچنین استفاده از متریال استاندارد و باکیفیت روند تولید پروفیل های خود را در واحدهای اکسترود، ایجینگ، رنگ و همچنین دوخت ترمال بریک دنبال می کند. تولید پروفیل هایی با استحکام، کیفیت سطحی و خواص مکانیکی مطلوب مستلزم بکارگیری تجهیزات بسیار دقیق و همچنین دانش کافی در زمینه اکستروژن آلیاژهای آلومینیوم می باشد که به منظور تولید پروفیل هایی با استانداردهای جهانی، این دو مهم همواره در دستور کار مجموعه تولیدی متصا هستند. ✔ بخش ساخت: پس از آماده شدن پروفیل های آلومینیومی و انتقال آن ها به کارگاه ساخت واقع در “قم، ابتدای جاده قدیم قم-کاشان، میدان بقیه الله” واحدهای برش فارسی، پانچ (کلاف)، مونتاژ لاستیک و یراق و درنهایت واحد بسته بندی مشغول به ساخت در یا پنجره می گردند. ساخت یک پنجره با کیفیت استاندارد نیازمند استفاده از دستگاه هایی دقیق از برندهای مطرح دنیا می باشد. متصا با استفاده از ماشین آلات مدرن و تمام اتوماتیک اروپایی قادر به ساخت در و پنجره هایی با ابعاد بزرگ، دارای انواع خم و اشکال پیچیده می باشد. ✔ بخش نصب: هنگامی که سخن از آب بندی و هوابندی مطلوب به میان می آید، علاوه بر بکارگیری متریال مناسب و ساخت دقیق باید به روش های صحیح نصب نیز توجه کرد. این مجموعه برای تحویل یک محصول نهایی بهینه به کارفرمایان محترم، تخصص و تعهد تیم نصب خود را تضمین می کند. متصا در طول سالیانی که در صنعت آلومینیوم فعال بوده، توانسته است گواهینامه و مجوزهای فروش شرکت های بزرگ و معتبری چون Alumil، Saray، Albert Genau و Renson
