شرکت روغن صنعتی جنوب در سال 1375 در شهرک صنعتی واقع در شهرستان بم در زمینی به مساحت 12000 متر مربع و زیر بنای سوله ساخت و سوله انبار 1400 متر مربع و ساختمان اداری به مساحت 500 متر مربع و ساختمان خدمات 200 متر مربع با ظرفیتی معادل 23000 تن در سال تولید روغن موتور صنعتی و گریس و انواع فروارده های نفتی تاسیس گردیده است که بخشهایی از آن به شرح ذیل توصیف می گردد: خط تولید کارخانه بر اساس مصرف روغن پایه برنامه ریزی شده شامل 3 عدد مخزن ذخیره به ظرفیت هر کدام 1200000 لیتر و مخازن ساخت شامل 8 عدد مخزن 50000 لیتری و 2 عدد مخزن 200000 لیتری و 3 عدد مخزن 30000 لیتری و خط مظروف سازی شامل خط تولید بشکه و چیلیک و دو دستگاه پرکن 4 لیتری و… میباشد. ضمنا شرکت در سال 1380 شعبهای در منطقه ویژه اقتصادی ارگ جدید تاسیس نموده که از آن تاریخ مشغول ساخت گالن و مظروف سازی روغن الوند شرکت نفت شد. این شعبه در زمینی به مساحت 10000 متر مربع و زیر بنایی شامل سوله ساخت گالن 400 متر مربع و سوله بسته بندی به مساحت 1000 متر مربع ساختمان اداری و سالن اجتماعات 300 متر مربع و ساختمان خدمات 50 متر مربع بوده است. خط تولید گالن شامل 4 خط تولید گالن 4 لیتری که در شبانه روز تعداد 24000 گالن تولید کرده و یک خط تولید چیلیک که در شبانه روز 2000 عدد چیلیک 20 لیتری تولید میکند. خط بسته بندی 4 لیتری و 20 لیتری شامل 4 مخزن 50000 لیتری و 2 مخزن 20000 لیتری و 2 مخزن 10000 لیتری دستگاه پرکن اتوماتیک و دستگاه جهت پرینتر و سایر تاسیسات و ماشین آلات مربوطه می باشد. پرسنل کارخانه که قریب به 60 نفر میباشند (تعداد 5 نفر زن و 55 نفر مرد) در یک شیفت کاری و در شعبه ارگ جدید در دو شیفت کاری مشغول به کار میباشند. محصولات تولیدی شرکت شامل انواع روغنهای موتور صنعتی و دنده و هیدرولیک و… با نامهای تجاری تفتان، تجن، ارژنگ، ارژن، ساناکو، پاریز، مکث و جنوب و بارز و… میباشد که عمدتا در بازارهای داخلی و خارجی بر اساس سفارش در خارج از کشور به فروش میرسد. بعد از وقوع زلزله در تاریخ 1382/10/05 در شهرستان بم و ویرانی غیر قابل وصف در آن شهر، واحد کارخانه و BLENDING شرکت روغن صنعتی جنوب برای مدتی به صورت غیر قابل استفاده درآمد و همچنین پس از بازسازی و تعمیر به علت فقدان نیروی کار، مسئولان و مدیران شرکت تصمیم به راه اندازی یک واحد FILLI
