شرکت سیستم های یورتان (سهامی خاص)با کسب مجوز از وزارت صنایع، جهت تولید انواع مواد و محصولات پلی یورتان در سال 1355 تأسیس گردید. واحدهای تولیدی در شهر صنعتی رشت، 40 کیلومتری دریاچه خزر، مستقر و فعالیت کارخانجات تحت لیسانس کمپانی های انگلیسی I.C.I و Vitafoam و Upjohn آمریکا آغاز شد.
