آژینه طراحی و ساخت خطوط تولید قطعات پیش ساخته بتنی تماس فوری: ۴۴۶۱۷۱۹۴ مشاوره و راه اندازی طراحی، ساخت تجهیزات، نصب و راهاندازی تجهیزات تولید قطعات بتنی با ظرفیت صنعتی خطوط تولید تجهیزات و خطوط تولید تیرچه پیشتنیده شرکت قالب سازان آژینه در سال ۱۳۸۶ فعالیت خود را آغاز کرد. ما با تکیه بر دانش مهندسین کارآمد و سرمایه اعتماد شما، روند رو به رشد خود را تداوم میبخشیم. آژینه اکنون در جایگاه یکی از موفقترین تولیدکنندگان قالب فلزی بتن در کشور قرار دارد. ما با توسعه فعالیتهای خود در ابعاد داخلی و بینالمللی، همواره برای ایران افتخار میآفرینیم. . مدیران مجموعه از ابتدای سال ۱۳۹۸ رویکرد جدیدی را آغاز کردند. ما علاوه بر تولید قالب فلزی بتن، بخش طراحی ماشینآلات عمرانی خاص را تشکیل دادیم. این بخش سهم بسزایی در اتوماسیون پروژههای تولید قطعات بتنی کشور دارد. در ادامه، بخشی از پروژههای شاخص آژینه را معرفی میکنیم. خطوط تولید 6 لاین هر لاین به طول 85 متر نصب، راه اندازی و اجرا. پروژه شامل طراحی کارخانه، جانمایی تجهیزات بچینگ، اتاق بخار، سالن تولید و محل دپوی محصولات و همچنین نصب و راه اندازی کلیه ماشینآلات و تجهیزات است. تیم اجرایی ما خط تولید کامل تیرچه پیشتنیده را در شهر اردبیل در ۳ لاین (هر کدام به طول ۱۰۰ متر) راهاندازی کرد. این پروژه شامل فونداسیون، نصب سازهها و ساخت ماشینآلات با دانش بومی و تکنولوژی آلمان است که کمترین استهلاک و بیشترین بهرهوری را دارد. رویکردی جدید از ساخت قالب بتن تا ماشین سازی از ابتدای سال 1398 بخش جدیدی در شرکت آژینه جهت طراحی و ماشینآلات عمرانی خاص تشکیل شد تا در پروژهایی که نیاز به اتوماسیون در تولید قطعات بتنی دارند هم سهمی داشته باشیم. در ادامه بخش هایی که تا کنون در آن زمینه ها فعالیت داشته ایم عنوان شدهاند. ما در این بخش به سوالات عمومی و متداول مشتریان درباره فرآیند طراحی و تولید قالب فلزی بتن پاسخ میدهیم. کارخانه آژینه، قالب باتری دیوار پیشساخته را به طول ۳، ۴ یا ۵ متر و با ارتفاع ۱۲۰، ۱۵۰ سانتیمتر و ۲.۵ یا ۳ متر تولید میکند. حداقل ضخامت دیوار در پروژههای مسکونی ۵ سانتیمتر و در پروژههای عمرانی ۱۲ سانتیمتر است. در مقایسه با روشهای متداول مانند قالب فلزی بتن، این مکانیزم امکان تولید ۵ تا ۲۰ عدد دیوار را در هر مرحله فراهم میس
