صفحه اصلی درباره ما شرکت صنعتی پیشرو قالب سیمین دشت شرکت صنعتی پیشرو قالب سیمین دشت با برخورداری از کادری مجرب با دانش فنی بسیار بالا در کنار مهندسین جوان خود فضایی مناسبی برای طراحی، ساخت و تولید انواع مجموعه های فلزی ایجاد کرده است. فعالیت های اصلی پیشرو قالب را میتوان به چهار بخش اصلی تفکیک کرد: 1- طراحی و ساخت قالبهای بزرگ صنعتی اعم از قالبهای تزریق پلاستیک و سنبه ماتریس: یکی از افتخارات پیشرو قالب برخورداری از تیمی بسیار قوی با میانگین سابقه کاری بیش از 20 سال در زمینه قالبسازی میباشد. در کنار این تیم قدرتمند، وجود ماشین آلات بروز صنعتی (ماشین های CNC) و همچنین استفاده از نرم افزارهای قدرتمند مهندسی از قبیل CATIA،Powermill، AutoForm، Deform-3D رضایت مندی کامل مشتریان مارا به همراه داشته است. 2- تولید قطعات موتور سیکلت: پیشرو قالب بدون شک یکی از برترین تولید کننده های قطعات موتورسیکلت از قبیل بدنه، دوشاخه عقب، جک بغل، جک وسط و دسته موتور در سطح کشور میباشد. در واقع پتاسیل بالای تولید (تولید 500 عدد بدنه در روز) و تنوع تولیدات، این شرکت را به منبع اصلی تامین قطعات شرکت های بزرگ موتور سیکلت از قبیل یکتاز سیکلت کویر، گروه صنعتی کثیر، ایران دوچرخ، نیرومحرکه، تلاش، نیروموتور شیراز و ... تبدیل کرده است. 3- تولید قطعات خودرویی: پیشرو قالب با برخورداری از خط پرسکاری بسیار مناسب (دستگاه پرس از تناژ 40 تا 400 تن دروازه ای) در کنار بخش قالبسازی، توانایی زیادی در تولید قطعات خودرویی با تیراژ بالا دارد. برخی از قطعات خودرویی تولید شده به شرح زیر میباشند: الف: تقویت سپر پژو405 ب: شبکه فلزی سمند ج: بست اگروز پزو 405 و پرشیا د: قطعه نعل اسبی پژو405 پ: بست قلاب ایمنی درب موتور پژو 405 و پرشیا ه: قطعه قلاب کمربند ایمنی پژو 206 ی: قطعات فلزی دسته موتور خودروهای برلیانس، ساینا، هایما و جکs5 تصاویر تمامی قطعات تولیدی در بخش گالری تصاویرموجود میباشد. 4- قطعات لوازم خانگی توانایی های پیشرو قالب باعث شده که شرکتهای تولید لوازم خانگی از جمله شرکت سیماران به ما اعتماد کرده و و تولید بخشی از قطعات فلزی خود را به ما واگذار کنند. برخی از تولیدات ما در این بخش عبارتند از: الف: تولید پنکه سقفی ب: تولید بدنه پکیج پ: تولید قطعات آلومینیومی داخلی لامپ های سقفی تصاویر تمامی قطعات تولیدی در بخش گا
