انواع نوار مدولار پلاستیکی سازنده انواع کانوایر، نوار نقاله و سیستم انتقال - نمایندگی انحصاری و رسمی برند فتورا - تولید کننده انواع نوارهای مدولار پلاستیکی و قطعات جانبی شرکت آتی صنعت پیشگام در سال 1386 به منظور تامین و مرتفع کردن نیاز صنایع مختلف، بخصوص صنایع غذایی تاسیس و در طی این مدت اقدام به تولید انواع نوارهای مدولار پلاستیکی و همچنین ساخت انواع سیستمهای انتقال از جمله انواع نوار نقاله و انواع کانوایر در اندازه و کاربردهای مختلف نموده است. نوارهای مدولار پلاستیکی Modular Plastic Belt از جمله نوارهای نقاله پرکاربرد در صنایع مختلف میباشند همانگونه که از نام این نوع نوارها مشخص است ماژولار هستند (مدولار) یعنی از مونتاژ قطعات کوچک پلاستیکی به یکدیگر ساخته میشوند پلاستیکی بودن تمامی قطعات کوچک سازنده این نوع تسمهها از جمله پیمها ، قفلها ، چرخ دندهها و سایر قطعات و لوازم جانبی مورد استفاده سبب عدم سرخوردن تسمه حین حرکت آن میشود. قطعات جانبی مورد استفاده در نوارهای نقاله مدولار پلاستیکی شامل قطعات پلاستیکی است که در سایر قسمتهای نوار نقاله بهعنوان تجهیزات کمکی و یا تجهیزات تکمیلی به نوارهای مدولار پلاستیکی اضافه میگردد. از جمله این موارد میتوان به تسمههای U شکل و Z شکل و یا سایر تسمههای 4 سانتی پلاستیکی که در زیرسازی نوارهای مدولار پلاستیکی استفاده میشود میتوان نام برد. نوارهای PVC ( پی وی سی) و PU ( پلی اورتان ) از دسته نوارهایی هستند که کانوایرهای مختلف مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند . از آنجایی که نوارهای پلی اورتان گرید غذایی (Food Grade) هستند فلذا در تماس مستقیم با مواد غذایی مثل کیک، کلوچه، بیسکویت و... مورد استفاده قرارمیگیرند و همچنین از نوارهای پی وی سی نیز در سیستمهای انتقال که محصول بهطور مستقیم با نوار در ارتباط نبوده (محصول یا کالا دارای لفاف و یا پوشش پلاستیکی) میباشد مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. یکی از پرکاربردترین انواع نوار نقاله است که به صورت مداوم حرکت میکند و مواد و محصولات مختلف را از بخشی به بخش دیگر انتقال میدهد. امروزه صنایع غذایی مختلف مثل صنایع بیسکویت سازی و کارخانجات تولید کننده مواد غذایی از نوار نقاله توری استفاده میکنند. این نوارها حالت زنجیری دارد، به همین خاطر بسیار مورد توجه و استقبال کارخانه ها و صنایع قرار میگیر
