کارخانجات دارویی بایر افلاک بزرگترین داروسازی خاورمیانه در استان لرستان، شهرستان ازنا واقع شده است. این کارخانه در جهت محرومیت زدایی این منطقه و با تلاش و کوشش مقتدرانه و پیوندی جدا نشدنی با دانش روز، در عرصه های علمی، دارویی، پزشکی و دامپروری در زادگاه سبز اسلامی ما میباشد. این مجموعه شامل 7 کارخانه تولیدی عظیم به شرح ذیل است: کارخانه داروسازی دامی و انسانی بایر افلاک مجموعاً دارای زمینی به مساحت 120٫000 متر مربع با زیربنایی به مساحت 70 ٫ 000 متر مربع و شامل 7 خط تولید داروهای مورد مصرف دامپزشکی و 13 خط تولید داروهای مورد مصرف انسانی با هدف تولید بالغ بر 250 قلم داروی دامی و بالغ بر 500 قلم داروی انسانی است. کارخانه تولید داروهای دامی این شرکت در تاریخ 1393/03/13 با حضور معاون اول محترم ریاست جمهور وقت ، افتتاح گردید. کارخانه تولید داروهای انسانی نیز در شهریور ماه 1403 با حضور ریاست جمهور وقت افتتاح میگردد. کلیه تجهیزات مربوط به اتاق های تمیز این کارخانه و اکثر ماشین آلات خطوط تولید و تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی از کمپانی های صاحب نام اروپایی نظیر زیبلر آلمان ، ابتک آلمان ، ایزی فارمای ایتالیا ، جی اف ایتالیا ، فارمورس و ایکاس ایتالیا وارد شده اند. واحد تحقیق و توسعه شرکت داروسازی بایرافلاک یکی از ارکان اصلی این پروژه عظیم ملی است که با هدف دانش و تجارب پرسنل این واحد، همکاری با مراکز تحقیقاتی دانشگاهی اعم از دانشگاههای تهران، کرج، شهید چمران اهواز، شیراز ،لرستان، شهرکرد، بابل و نیز اساتید محترم و بنام دانشگاهی در حال فعالیت میباشد این مجموعه تولیدی دارویی توانسته انواع مجوز ها و تاییدیه های بین المللی خارجی و داخلی از جمله GMP ایران ، GMP اروپا ، استاندارد OHSAS از کمپانی رویال سرت آلمان و نیز ISO 9001 و ISO 14001 از کمپانی DAKKS آلمان ، گواهی پارک علم و فناوری، گواهی واحد صنعتی برتر سال 1396 و استاندارد بین المللی تایید صلاحیت آزمایشگاهISO17025 و کار آفرین برترسال 1401 …. را کسب نمایند . این کارخانه با هدف تولید داروهای مورد نیاز بازار داخلی و همچنین صادرات دارو به کشورهای منطقه و با بهره گیری از جدیدترین فناوری روز دنیا و متکی به تکنولوژیهای پیشرفته و نوین در حوزه سلامت و قابل رقابت با محصولات مشابه خارجی اعم از اروپایی و آمریکایی تاسیس شده است و تلاش دارد همواره در
