صفحه اصلی درباره زر تهران درباره زر تهران شركت فنرسازي زر در سال 1343 بصورت شركت سهامي خاص با ظرفيت توليد 1000 تن انواع فنر تخت تأسيس شد. محصولات شركت در ابتداي امر جهت برطرف نمودن نياز بازار قطعات يدكي كفايت مي‏نمود. اما با توجه به نياز روزافزون بازار يدكي و كارخانجات توليد كننده خودرو، در سال 1355 شركت ظرفيت توليدي سالانه خود را به سطح 12000 تن ارتقاء بخشيد. همچنين در سال 1362 با توجه به نياز، خط توليد جديدي راه اندازي و در سال 1375 بهره برداري از ماشين آلات رباتيك توليد فنرهاي پارابوليك آغاز شد. اين درحالي است كه شرکت فنر سازی زر ظرفيت اسمی توليد فنرهاي تخت و تيغه گريدر خود را به 18000 تن در سال افزايش داده بود. در همين سال شخصيت حقوقي شركت از سهامي خاص به سهامي عام تبديل و متعاقب آن شركت در بازار بورس اوراق بهادار تهران پذيرفته شد و در سال 1380 محصولات جدید سیستم تعلیق (تورشن بار و میل موجگیر) به سبد محصولات تولیدی شرکت اضافه گردید. در سال 1386 سالن تولید انواع میل موجگیر، تورشن بار، فنر لول و ... به گلپایگان منتقل و توسعه یافت. نام شركت فنرسازي زر (سهامی عام) به عنوان يكي از بزرگترين شركتهاي فنرسازي در خاورميانه هميشه در اذهان مشتريان خارجي بوده و بيش از 32% از سهم بازار در ايران متعلق به اين شركت مي‏باشد. وقايع مهم گروه فنرسازي زر از بدو تاسيس : 1343 تاسيس شركت به نام شركت فنرسازي زر (سهامي خاص) با ظرفیت اولیه 1000 تن در سال 1355 افزايش ظرفيت شركت تا 12000 تن در سال در 3 شیفت 1362 دريافت موافقت اصولي جهت ايجاد خط جديد 1366 بهره برداری از خط جدید عملیات حرارتی 1375 نصب و بهره برداري از ماشين آلات تولید فنر پارابوليك 1380 شروع به فعاليت خط توليد فنر لول ، ميل موجگير و تورشن بار 1383 تاسيس شركت فنرسازي زر سيستان به شماره ثبت 2774 1385 بهره برداری از شرکت فنر سازی زر سیستان 1386 تاسيس شركت فنرسازي زر گلپايگان به شماره ثبت 923 1387 بهره برداری از شرکت فنر سازی زر گلپایگان 1393 انجام افزایش سرمایه از 80 میلیارد ریال به 200 میلیارد ریال 1394 راه اندازی مجدد دستگاه پارابولیک پس از خراب شدن نرم افزار دستگاه و عدم دسترسی به تولید کننده اصلی دستگاه 1395 انجام افزایش سرمایه از 200 میلیارد ریال به 499 میلیارد ریال 1396 سود آوری هر سه شرکت گروه فنرسازی زر
