از روزهای آغازین فعالیت شرکت ناورود با خود عهد بستیم که با رعایت اصول «کیفیت، زمان، و هزینه » پروژه های مورد قرارداد را به نحو شایسته به مورد اجرا گذاریم و به جامعه مهندسی ادای دین نماییم. خوشحالیم که در مدت حدوداً 35 سال فعالیت شرکت با کمک سازمان عملیاتی، مهندسین و متخصصان و همکاران محترم شرکت موفق به پیاده کردن این مهم در پروژه های در دست اقدام شده ایم و بنا داریم در آینده نیز با بکارگیری اهرم های قوی زیر هر چه بیشتر و کاملتر به بلوغ کاری خود برسیم: به عنوان اولین گام در جهت تحقق این مهم برآنیم تا با گسترش سیستم آموزش مستمر مهندسان، متخصصان و کارمندان اقدام و بسترساز پشتوانه محکم مهندسی و اجرایی پروژه ها گردیم. علی شیعه بیگی / مدیرعامل و عضو هیأت مدیره درباره ناورود شرکت ناورود در سال 1360 فعالیت خود را در زمینه عملیات راهسازی آغاز و سپس با انجام پروژه پتروشیمی تبریز وارد عرصه اجرای عملیات سیویل و خطوط لوله زیرزمینی در پروژه های نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی گردید.پس از تکمیل و تحویل پروژه های متعدد در زمینه های یاد شده، شرکت با رهبری کنسرسیوم NST متشکل از شرکتهای ناورود، استیم و تکادو، اجرای موفق پروژه احداث مجتمع اولفین نهم در عسلویه را بصورت کلید گردان به پایان رسانید. شرکت ناورود با رهبری کنسرسیوم NASR (متشکل از شرکتهای ناورود، آریا پیشرو قرن، استیم و رادیرا) متولی اجرای پروژه ملی EPC1 در فاز 12 توسعه میادین گازی پارس جنوبی بوده است. از دیگر افتخارات این شرکت اجرای موفق پروژه های احداث خطوط لوله انتقال نفت و گاز در صعب العبورترین مناطق جغرافیایی است که در سایه توان فنی بالا و تجهیز امکانات مناسب میسر شده است. هدف غایی شرکت ناورود ارائه خدمات فنی و مهندسی به بهترین شیوه ممکن و تبدیل شدن به یکی از شرکت های قدرتمند در سطح بین المللی می باشد. این خدمات در حیطه فعالیت های عمرانی و صنعتی مختلف از جمله راهسازی، لول هگذاری، ساخت سد و فرودگاه، تأسیسات و تجهیزات و ساخت مجتمع های صنعتی و غیر صنعتی از جمله صنایع نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی می باشد. به منظور ارائه هرچه مطلوبتر این خدمات شرکت خود را موظف می داند که رضایت تمامی استفاده کنندگان از این خدمات را همواره مد نظر قرار داده و در راستای دسترسی به آن حداکثر تاش خود را انجام دهد. در اولین پروژه خود در بخش نفت وگاز شرکت کردیم – مجتمع پت

سیستمهای اتصال سیستم اتصال در سوزن متشکل از پیچ تراورس، انواع واشرهای فنری، پابند... سیستمهای اتصال سیستم اتصال در سوزن متشکل از پیچ تراورس، انواع واشرهای فنری، پابند... سوزن ساده (Single turnout) متداول ترین و پرکاربردترین نوع سوزن است. این سوزن خط اصلی را به دو مسیر مستقیم و منحنی تقسیم می کند. این نوع سوزن بر اساس اینکه مسیر سوزن به چه جهتی امتداد یافته است به دو جهت راستگرد یا چپگرد طبقهبندی می شود. نمونههایی از مجموعه دستگاهی است که برای اتصال دومسیر موازی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. این نوع سوزن امکان عبور یک خط از خط دیگر را درجهات چپ یا راست را فراهم می آورد. نمونه هایی از این سوزن که ساخت شرکت ایرید میباشد درمتروهای تهران، تبریز، قم، کرمانشاه، مشهد، کرج، اصفهان، شیراز دابل جانکشن شامل دو دستگاه سوزن ساده و یک دستگاه تقاطع میباشد، این نوع سوزن امکان عبور وسیله نقلیه ریلی از محل تقاطع دو سوزن ساده را فراهم می آورد. نمونه هایی از این سوزن که محصول ایرید میباشد در مترو تهران مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. شرکت ایرید قادر به تولید انواع سوزن با توجه به مشخصات فنی که مشتریان آن را ارایه میدهند، می باشند. از نمونه سوزنهای خاص تولید ایرید می توان به: 1-کراس اور خاص روی قوس R1250M با مشخصات فنی 54E1 TG1/9 R190M CP3200 که در ساخت متروی کرج مورد استفاده قرار دستگاهی است که همانند کراس اور ساده برای اتصال دو مسیر موازی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد با این تفاوت که این نوع سوزن متقارن بوده و امکان عبور یک خط از یک خط دیگر را در جهت های چپ و راست فراهم می آورد.نمای شماتیک آن در شکل5 نمایش شرکت گسترش صنایع ریلی ایران با توجه به سیاست های کلان وزارت راه و شهرسازی در خصوص افزایش سرعت و بار محوری به جهت جذاب نمودن حمل و نقل ریلی، کاهش زمان جابجایی کالا و مسافر و همچنین کاهش هزینه ها و افزایش ایمنی اقدام به طراحی و توسعه سیستم تکه مرکزی سوزن یکی از قطعات بسیار مهم سوزن بوده که در انتهای سوزن نصب می گردد . با توجه به اینکه این قطعه نقش هدایت ناوگان در مسیر انشعابی را بازی می کند بنام قلب سوزن نام برده می شود. تكه مركزي ها بايد از فولاد آستنيتي پر منگنز سوزن ساده (Single turnout) متداول ترین و پرکاربردترین نوع سوزن است. این سوزن خط اصلی را به دو مسیر مستقیم و منحنی تقسیم
