هلدینگ تکنولوژی کشاورزی و بازرگانی فارس از تعدادی شرکت با سابقه طولانی که ارزش سازمانی آنها به داشتن مهندسین مجرب و آگاه به دانش فنی این رشته و داشتن تجربه عملی که با سالها تلاش و ممارست بدست آمده است، تشکیل شده است؛ تا بتواند در این برحه از زمان با هم افزایی دانش و تجربیات اعضای و با اقدام به بومی سازی تکنولوژی روز دنیا هدف سازمانی خود جامه عمل پوشانده و به وظیفه خود در قبال جامعه بشری عمل نماید. اکثر کارشناسان و مهندسین همکار در این هلدینگ فعالیت حرفه ای خود را از دهه 70 آغاز نموده و با حضور خود در شرکتهای مختلف و در سمتهای مختلف کارشناسی ، مدیر عاملی، هیئت مدیره و … موفق به اخذ تجارب ارزنده شدهاند؛ البته پر واضح است که رهبری هلدینگ از نیروهای جوان و متخصص نیز غافل نبوده و بااستفاده از جوانان متخصص و فعال در کنار افراد با تجربه، تیم فعلی هلدینگ را تشکیل داده است. شرکت های حقوقی مجموعه هلدینگ تکنولوژی کشاورزی ،بازرگانی فارس و موضوع فعالیت اصلی آنها به شرح زیر است: که در سال 1379 تأسیس و فعالیت خود را با تولید لوله و اتصالات پلی اتیلن برای مصارف کشاورزی و پلی پروپیلن برای مصارف ساختمانی آغاز نمود و موفق به اخذ پروانه تاسیس و بهره برداری از وزارت صنایع و دریافت گواهینامه استاندارد ایران گردیده است که در سال 1383 تأسیس گردیده و حوزه فعالیت این شرکت ، نقشه برداری، مشاوره-طراحی و نظارت سیستمهای آبیاری نوین ، زهکشی، بندهای انحرافی، کانالها و .... می باشد. که در سال 1384 تأسیس گردیده است و فعالیت اصلی آن در زمینه پیمانکاری سیستمهای آبیاری نوین در سطح مزارع، احداث جاده های بین مزارع، احداث باغات، احداث بندهای انحرافی ، احداث کانال روباز بتنی و... می باشد. در سال 1388 تاسیس و عمده فعالیت آن طراحی و مشاوره و نظارت بر ساخت گلخانه های صنعتی و سوله های پروژه قارچ و... می باشد. فعالیت خود را از سال 1392 با ساخت گلخانه های صنعتی آغاز و در سال تاسیس، مجوز رسمی فعالیت خود را در زمینه ساخت واجرای مهندسی گلخانه های صنعتی و سوله های تولید قارچ مکانیزه از سازمان نظام مهندسی و منابع طبیعی استان فارس اخذ نموده و عضو انجمن گلخانه سازان وزارت جهاد کشاورزی می باشد. در سال 1393 تأسیس و حوزه فعالیت این شرکت احداث پارکهای عمومی، فضای سبز ساختمانها، حفاری به روش میکروتونلینگ و احداث حوضچ
