تماس با ما با ما تماس بگیرید، ما سعی می کنیم در عرض 24 ساعت به تمام سوالات پاسخ دهیم. شرکت کشت و صنعت ملارد از پیشرفته ترین و مجهز ترین مراکز تولید قارچ تازه و کنسرو قارچ در ایران می باشد که بخش عمده بازار فروش قارچ کشور را در اختیار دارد. ساخت این مزرعه در سال ۱۳۶۴ در سرآسیاب شهرستان ملارد واقع در ۱۰ کیلومتری جنوب شهر کرج و ۴۵ کیلومتری غرب تهران آغاز شد. در ابتدا با ۱۳ سالن پرورش و تولید ۲۰۰ تن قارچ در سال همچنین تولید بستر رویش قارچ بذر زده فاز I در محدوده مزرعه آغاز گردید. در سال های اولیه عملیات فاز II بستر رویش قارچ بذر زده یا پاستوریزاسیون و کاندیشنینگ در سالن های پرورش صورت می گرفت که خساراتی به ساختمانها و طبقات کشت وارد می ساخت و از سوی دیگر موجب کندی افزایش راندمان محصول می شد. به تدریج توانستیم تعداد سالن ها را به ۹۵و تولید را به ۳۲۰۰ تن در سال رسانیده اما با توجه به قوانین شهری ، می بایست محل بستر رویش قارچ بذر زده را به جایی دور از مکان های مسکونی ایجاد شده در اطرافمان منتقل می نمودیم . در سال ۱۳۶۸ انتقال بستر رویش قارچ بذر زده ملارد(فاز I) به روستایی در ۹ کیلومتری جنوب مزرعه فعلی به نام حصار شالپوش صورت گرفت. در سال ۱۳۷۹ با همکاری مشاوران انگلیسی تصمیم به انجام عملیات پاستوریزاسیون بصورت توده ای گرفتیم که این تصمیم منجر به ساخت چهار تونل با کف هوادهی اسپیگت فلور فاز II در سال ۱۳۸۰ گردید. (اولین واحد متمرکز تولید بستر رویش قارچ در کشور) در سال ۱۳۸۴ خط کامل بلوک کردن بستر رویش قارچ بذر زده را از شرکت های اروپایی خریداری و پرورش قارچ را توسط بسترهای صاف و یکنواخت به جای پرورش در کیسه آغاز نمودیم . در سال ۱۳۸۶ دو تونل اسپیگت فلور دیگر با استفاده از ساندویچ پانل پلی اورتان ساخته شد که این امر ما را قادر به تولید فاز II به میزان ۳۵۰۰۰ تن در سال نمود. (هم اکنون حدود ۳۰% از کل تولید بستر رویش قارچ بذر زده به مزارع کوچک و بزرگ قارچ کشور عرضه می شود.) در شرکت ملارد با سالها تجربه درون گروهی وجهانی و روز آمدترین فن آوری ها و پیشرفته ترین سیستم های کامپیوتری در زمینه پرورش قارچ و بهسازی در مزرعه جدید بهره گرفته می شود و هر روزه کیفیت محصول در تمامی فرآیندهای پرورش و تولید از لحظه ریسه دوانی در بستر رویش قارچ بذر زده تا مرحله برداشت نهایی محصول ، زیر نظر متخصصان کا
