This is a description for the third slide. --> Third Slide This is a description for the third slide. شرکت سهامی دشت آذر در سال 1374 تاسیس و با شماره 215 در تاریخ 1374/7/24 در اداره ثبت شرکتهای آذرشهر به ثبت رسید. در تیر ماه سال1377با اخذ مجوز از وزرات صنایع مورد بهره برداری قرار گرفته و با تولید سالیانه 250 تن پودر کتلت و 200 تن سبزیجات خشک فعالیت خود را آغاز نمود. در سالهای بعد پروانه های بهره برداری تولید 400 تن جو پرک و پوست کنده، 200 تن پروتئین سویا، 200 تن پودر سوخاری، 1000 تن بسته بندی حبوبات، 300 تن بسته بندی انواع آجیل، 15 تن بسته بندی انواع ادویه جات، 100 تن پودر کیک، 40 تن میوه خشک، 25 تن بسته بندی قهوه، 5 تن چاشنی ماست و خیار، 25 تن پودر ژله، 1000 تن آرد برنج و آرد گندم، 100 تن ترشیجات، 100 تن شوریجات و 200 تن مرباجات در سال به پروانه های اولیه اضافه گردیده و تولید شده است. موضوع فعالیت شركت: موضوع فعالیت شرکت طبق ماده 2 اساسنامه شرکت به طور خلاصه عبارت است از : تولید و بسته بندی فرآوردههای غذایی خشک گیاهی و انجام کلیه عملیات بازرگانی داخلی و خارجی و توسعه در امور صنایع وابسته که برای شرکت لازم می باشد. هدف از تاسیس شرکت: روش خشک کنی در صنایع غذایی یکی از بهترین روشهای نگهداری مواد غذائی است که در این روش هزینه عمل آوری نسبت به سایر روشها کمتر بوده و پس از عمل آوری نگهداری محصولات نیازی به تاسیسات برودتی و سردخانه و غیره ندارد و محصولات در انبار مناسب قابلیت نگهداری را دارند. یکی دیگر از اولویتهای روش خشک کنی نسبت به سایر روشها کاهش شدید وزن و حجم محصولات است که این امر در مسائل ترابری و حمل ونقل و در زمینه حجم اشغالی انبارها خبلی مقرون بصرفه می باشد. شرکت دشت آذر کلیه سبزیجات برگی و غدهای را پس از انجام مراحل جداسازی مواد زائد (ساقه اضافی یا پوست مواد خارجی) شستشو در دفعات متعدد - خرد کنی - بلانچینگ - خشک کرده و پس از کنترل کیفی و بازبینی نهائی بصورت خالص یا بصورت مخلوط بسته بندی کرده و جهت مصارف صنعتی در کارخانجات صنایع غذائی بعنوان مواد اولیه بصورت فله و جهت مصرف در آشپزخانه های منازل بصورت بسته بندیهای کوچک به بازارهای داخل و خارج عرضه می نماید. شر
