تهران، شهرستان ملارد، چهار راه ملارد، بلوار ملارد ویلای جنوبی، نبش خیابان هشتم شرقی، شرکت فلکسور پارس (تسمه نقاله تهران سابق) اخذ نمایندگی شرکت فلکسور پارس نمایندگی فعال می پذیرد، برای اطلاعات بیشتر با ما در ارتباط باشید. شرکت فلکسور پارس در سال 1363 فلکسور پارس با نام تسمه نقاله تهران به عنوان نخستین و تنها تولید کننده انواع لرزه گیرهای لاستیکی در ایران، جهت خطوط لوله صنایع پتروشیمی، پالایشگاه ها، ... درباره شرکت فلکسور پارس در سال 1363 فلکسور پارس با نام تسمه نقاله تهران به عنوان نخستین و تنها تولید کننده انواع لرزه گیرهای لاستیکی در ایران، جهت خطوط لوله صنایع پتروشیمی، پالایشگاه ها، ... استفاده ازلرزه گیر لاستیکی یکی از روشهای جلوگیری از انتقال لرزشهای به وجود آمده به سایر قسمتهای خط لوله می باشد. در سیستمهایی که در آنها صحبت انتقال سیال است. حرکتهای ناخواسته بروز می کند. که منشاء این حرکتها می تواند تغییرات دمایی، لرزش دستگاهای موجود در سیستم باشد. شیلنگ های خرطومی، شیلنگ های فلزی قابل انعطافی هستند که در صنایع مختلف کاربرد فروانی دارند. دستورالعمل نصب اتصال اکاردئونی بادر نظر گرفتن تنوع تولید لرزه گیر های اکاردئونی در سه نوع جوشی ، سر دنده و فلنجدار (مهاردار یا بدون مهار ) در سایز های یک اینچ تا 112 اینچ ، موارد ذیل می بایست در زمان نصب قطعه در نظر گرفته شود : 1- در ابتدا تطابق شرایط سرویس قطعه ( دما، فشار، نوع سیال ) با شرایط کاری خطی که قرار است قطعه در آن نصب شود الزامی می باشد و در صورت مشاهده هرگونه مغایرت از نصب قطعه خود داری فرمائید. لازم به دکر است در صورت داشتن فشار بالای 25 بار اتصال آکاردئونی می بایست دارای رینگ محافظ روی بلوز باشد. 2-قبل از نصب از وجود سطوح آب بندی (ریس آب بندی فلنچ) برروی فلنچ های مقابل اطمینان حاصل کنید. و الزاما می بایست از واشر آب بندی متناسب با نوع سیال استفاده گردد . با در نظر گرفتن تنوع تولید لرزه گیر های لاستیکی در دو نوع فیکس فلنج و روتاری فلنج در سایز های یک اینچ تا 140 اینچ ، موارد ذیل می بایست در زمان نصب قطعه در نظر گرفته شود : دستورالعمل نصب لرزه گیر لاستیکی شیلنگ های فلزی فلکسور، با در نظر گرفتن مشکلات فنی در سیستم های خمشی طراحی شده اند. اتصالات انعطاف پذیر در انواع تک جداره، دوجداره و ... از 1/2 الی120 اینچ تولید می
