شركت دال كاران پاسارگاد با هدف توليد، فرآوری و بستهبندی محصولات غذايی و كشاورزی در سال 1395 به صورت سهامی خاص در تهران به ثبت رسيد. در سال 1396 با اخذ جواز تأسيسهای لازم از وزارت صمت، مبادرت به تهيه زمين جهت احداث صنایع غذایی رزماری در شهرک صنعتی ايوانكی نمود و علامت تجاری رزماری را به عنوان نشان محصولات غذايی خود انتخاب و به ثبت رسانيد. مديريت شركت همزمان با اجرای عمليات ساختمانی صنایع غذایی رزماری ، توجه ويژه به استفاده از ظرفيت خالی كارخانجات برای توليد محصولات غذايی داشت، لذا با استفاده از بخشنامههای صادره از سوی وزارت بهداشت و درمان، شناسايی مجموعههای كارآمد و دارای پيشينه مثبت در حوزه توليد و بستهبندی محصولات غذايی را به ويژه در حوزه توليد و بسته بندی ادويه جات، به عنوان اولين محصول برون سپاری شده مورد توجه قرار داد. حساسيت مديريت صنايع غذايی رزماری بر لزوم رعايت شاخصهای كيفی در حوزه توليد و بستهبندی ادويه جات مرغوب و معطر، كارشناسان مجموعه را بر آن داشت تا علاوه بر عوامل توليد در مجموعههای مورد بررسی، شاخصهای كيفی و كمی را نيز با حساسيت ويژه بررسی كارشناسی نمايند، با واكاوی عوامل متعدد در حوزه توليد به ويژه توجه به شرايط بهداشتی و محيطی، همچنين استفاده از تجهيزات مدرن و تمام اتوماتيك بدون دخالت دست برای پر كردن محصول در بستهبندیهای تعيين شده، با رعايت نكات بهداشتی در حوزه گندزدايی و رفع ميكروبهای احتمالی در محصول انتخابی با ماندگاری استاندارد، سرانجام منجر به شناسايی مجموعهای كارآمد و دارای سابقه ديرين در حوزه آسياب و بسته بندی ادويهجات مرغوب و معطر در بين مجموعه های منتخب شد. اولين قرارداد توليد و بسته بندی محصولات غذايی رزماری تحت عنوان ادويه جات مرغوب و معطر در آبان ماه سال 1398 از سوی شركت دال كاران پاسارگاد با مجموعه توليدی و بسته بندی شناسايی شده به امضای مديران هر دو مجموعه رسيد و ادويه جات اين شركت با طراحی مناسب و كاملا متفاوت، به صورت ظروف كريستالی و زيپ كيپ در اوزان 30 الی 90 گرم تهيه و از اسفند ماه سال 1398 وارد بازار داخلی ايران شد.

Continuing its development plans, in 2024, PIRAN POLYMER joined the group as a BOPP film producer with a high-speed production line, significantly increasing BOPP film production to meet the demands of both domestic and export customers. With the addition of a fourth BOPP film production line, the group's BOPP production capacity has reached 106,000 tons annually, with BOPP films produced in thicknesses ranging from 12 to 90 microns for various applications. Additionally, the facilities are equipped with six advanced metallizing machines with an annual capacity of 51,000 tons to produce a variety of metallized films.
