مجموعه «نوبافت شادیلون» متعلق به بخش خصوصی می باشد که در اردیبهشت ماه 1383 با همت و همفکری تعدادی از مهندسین مجرب با پشتوانه ی بیش از ربع قرن تجربه ی اندوخته از جانب صاحبان و مدیران آن تاسیس گردیده و کمتر از یکسال در فازهای مختلف فعالیت خود را آغاز و در زمینه تولید و تامین انواع پتو وارد عرصه سازندگی در صنعت نساجی کشور گردید. فاز اول شرکت به مساحت 69830 و زيربناي 22000 متر مربع در خردادماه 1384 با حضور معاون اول محترم رئیس جمهور وقت (جناب آقای دکتر عارف) و وزیر محترم صنایع و معادن وقت (جناب آقای مهندس جهانگیری) افتتاح و به بهره برداری رسید. این مجموعه پس از گذشت 4 ماه از تولید آزمایشی، وارد مرحله تولید انبوه گشته و توانست در عرصه ی رقابت با دیگر تولید کنندگان داخلی جایگاه بسیار مطلوبی را کسب نماید. در ابتدا محصول تولیدی این کارخانه پتوی راشل از جنس اکریلیک بود و با توجه به تغییرات جهانی که منجر به حذف تدریجی اکریلیک از چرخه تولید شد، پس از گذشت 3 سال با پژوهش و تحقیق بر روی ماشین الات و پروسه ی نخ پلی استر، این شرکت توانست پتوی پلی استر را در کشور تولید و جایگزین پتوی اکریلیک با همان تنوع و کیفیت نماید. سپس تحقیقات گسترده ای را بر روی کیفیت و زیر دست پتو آغاز نمود که با ارتقاء و خرید ماشین آلات جدید موردنیاز، تولید محصول نهایی با کیفیت بسیار مطلوبی به سرانجام رسید. امروزه محصولات تولیدی این شرکت از لحاظ کیفیت و تنوع با نمونه های تولیدی کشورهای چین و ترکیه قابل رقابت است. از سوی دیگر با توجه به نیاز بازار و فرآیند های تحقیق و توسعه، این شرکت تولید پارچه راشل را نیز آغاز و در مدت زمان کوتاهی فرآیند آن را به تولید انبوه رساند. انواع پارچه راشل در عروسک سازی، لباس های زنانه، کاپشن و سایر منسوجات مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. مجموعه «نوبافت شادیلون» متعلق به بخش خصوصی می باشد که در اردیبهشت ماه ۱۳۸۳ با همت و همفکری تعدادی از مهندسین مجرب با پشتوانه بیش از ربع قرن تجربه اندوخته از جانب صاحبان و مدیران آن تاسیس گردیده و کمتر از یکسال در فازهای مختلف فعالیت خود را آغاز و در زمینه تولید و تامین انواع پتو وارد عرصه سازندگی در صنعت نساجی کشور گردید.
