شرکت فراز تصفیه با برخورداري از تکنولوژي برتر در صنعت آب و فاضلاب و همکاري کارشناسان متخصص در سال 1371 تاسيس گرديد. اين شرکت در زمينه طراحي، ساخت و نصب سيستم هاي تصفيه آب و فاضلاب براي اماکن، واحدهاي صنعتي، بيمارستان ها، هتل ها، رستوران ها و تصفيه آب خانگي فعاليت دارد. ساخت پکيجهاي تصفيه فاضلاب در ابعاد مختلف و ظرفيتهاي متنوع، يکي از عمده ترين فعاليتهاي شرکت فراز تصفيه بوده و امکان ارائه پکيج ها بصورت هوادهي سطحي، عمقي و يا RBC که يکي از بهترين روش ها در کشورهاي پيشرفته است را فراهم نموده و همچنين امکان عرضه آخرين مدل ها در زمينه تصفيه آب خانگي را نيز مهيا نموده است. در طول دهه 70 به علت نياز روز افزون بازار به پکيج هاي پيش ساخته تصفيه فاضلاب، اين شرکت فعاليت خود را بر روي طراحي و ساخت اين سيستم ها متمرکز نمود، بطوري که در حال حاضر يکي از شرکت هاي مطرح در زمينه طراحي، ساخت و راهبري پکيج هاي پيش ساخته تصفيه فاضلاب از قبيل MBBR,ABR,AGFB,IFAS,RBC,SBR,UASB مي باشد. سیستم تصفیه آب به فرآیندی گفته میشود که در آن آلودگی ها و مشکلات آب را رفع می نماید و آب سالمی را در اختیار مصرف کننده قرار می دهد دستگاه های تصفیه آب به دو دسته ی تصفیه آب خانگی و تصفیه آب تصفیه آب صنعتی تقسیم می گردد که همه ی مدلها پیش از نصب نیاز به یک آزمایش دارند که مشخص کننده مدل دستگاه میباشد. آنچه در انتخاب تصفیه آب مناسب ضروری است اطلاع از کیفیت آب موجود - کیفیت آب مورد نیاز در خواستی و حجم آب قابل تصفیه در روز میباشد. آب میتواند از بخش های پیش تصفیه نظیر فیلترشنی, سختی گیر و فیلترهای دیسکی و میکروبی عبور کند و برای تصفیه و پالایش بیشتر به سیستم های تصفیه آب پیشرفته تر نظیرNF, UF و یا R.O جریان یابد. دستگاه های تصفیه آب صنعتی به صورتی است که را برای یک حجم قبل توجهی تصفیه مینماید در این روش نیز با توجه به مشکلات آب موجود از راههای مختلف برای رفع مشکل استفاده میشود. که البته قبل از طراحی دستگاه ها ابتدا باید آنالیز آب مکان مورد نظر را بدست آورده و بعد طبق همان آنالیز طراحی صورت گیرد. در فرآیند تصفیه فاضلاب پس از هدایت فاضلاب از طریق شبکه جمع آوری به محل تصفیه خانه عملیات تصفیه فاضلاب آغاز میگردد. فاضلاب پس از طی قسمت های آشغالگیر و خردکن وارد ایستگاه پمپاژ فاضلاب خام میگردد و سپس به وسیله پمپ های مستغ
