Before using construction paint, wash the target surface with water to remove dust from the surface. (If the surface is covered with dandruff, it must be cleaned with a brush). Before painting, it is necessary to make the desired surface clean and free of any dirt, grease and even old paints. For cement surfaces, you can use the water jet method to clean the surface. In this case, you must make sure that the surface is completely dry before applying the paint. If necessary, repair the surface with a suitable acrylic sealer to obtain a completely smooth and uniform surface. Then, gradually mix the shiny acrylic construction paint with the right amount of water and apply it on the surface. (The amount of mixing water with paint in terms of weight percentage is 15-20% with a brush, 10-15% with a roller, and 20-25% with a gun). After finishing work, wash your hands, painting tools or materials spilled on the floor with warm water and soap.

رنگ ترافیکی تک جزئی اکریلیک، نوعی رنگ برپایه رزین های اکریلیک ترموپلاست است. از این رنگ جهت خط کشی در سطح معابر در شرایط عادی و بدون نیاز به گرمایش در دمای محیط استفاده می شود. بزرگترین نقاط قوت این رنگ ها، زمان خشک شدن سریع و مقاومت خوب در مقابل شرایط آب و هوایی سخت و تردد بالا است. حداکثر ضخامت قابل اجرا در حالت تَر، به دلیل ساختار و درصد بالای حلال در آن، 700 میکرون است. البته وجود آلودگی در سطح موردنظر باعث جلوگیری از چسبندگی کامل رنگ و کاهش دوام عمر آن می شود. پس حتما قبل از رنگ آمیزی سطح باید از آلودگی هایی همچون گرد و غبار، چربی،دوده و … پاک گردد.
