The results are : Reduced flooding problems Higher color strength Lower viscosity Reduced dispersion time Improved gloss and slip Higher color strength Stabilization of the pigment dispersion Reduced pigment sedimentation Application TPU10 has also be used as a general dispersing agent for all aromatic-free solvent-based architectural finishes. TPUIO has been developed as a general dispersing gent for all solvent based paints from high ‘performance industrial coatings to normal decorative paints. Addition The required amount of TPU10 on pigment: Titanium dioxide 2-5% Inorganic pigment 5-10%/td> Organic pigments 15-30 Carbon blacks 30-60% Incorporation TPU10 should be incorporated in the mill base before adding the pigments. Storage TPU10 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container .Up to 1 year from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
