کارخانه نفیس شیشه با هدف تامین بخشی از نیازهای صنایع غذایی کشور به انواع بطری و جار راه اندازی شده است . این کارخانه دارای مدرن ترین دستگاه های خط تولید صنعت شیشه می باشد و با کمک نیروی مهندسی و کار ایرانی به ثمر رسیده است . مجتمع تولیدی نفیس شیشه در زمینی به وسعت 25 هکتار در منطقه صنعتی تاکستان استان قزوین احداث و در ابتدای سال 1395 به مرحله بهره برداری رسیده است . نزدیکی کارخانه به معادن سیلیس و امکان استفاده از گاز طبیعی بعنوان سوخت اصلی کوره مهمترین مشوق سرمایه گذاران به انتخاب این محل بوده است. نزدیکی معادن سیلیس به کارخانه نفیس شیشه سبب می شود مواد خام مورد نیاز در کوتاه ترین زمان به کارخانه منتقل شود.این مواد پس ازاستخراج وتصفیه به صورت آرایش شده و مرتب به محل سیلوهای کارخانه حمل و ذخیره سازی میشود. سیلیس یکی از پر مصرف ترین مواد معدنی مورد استفاده در صنایع مختلف است. بیشترین مورد استفاده سیلیس در تولید انواع شیشه است که مهمترین ماده اولیه در این صنعت بشمار می رود.سنگ سیلیس پس از استخراج از معادن و انتقال به کارخانه ابتدا توسط کراشر خرد شده و به ابعاد مناسب در یک یا چند مرحله دانه بندی می گردد... شرکت نفیس شیشه با توجه به وسعت فعالیتهای خود و در نتیجه تأثیرگذاری در جامعه و همچنین براساس رسالتهای اخلاقی و اجتماعی خود همواره توجه ویژه ای را به موضوعات مرتبط با مسئولیتهای اجتماعی معطوف می دارد. آب، انرژی و امنیت غذایی از جدیترین عواملی هستند که در صورت استفاده درست از آنها منجر به توسعه پایدار و پیشرفت جامعه میشوند، ولی اگر محدویت منابع آبی و آلایندگی های ناشی از سوخت های فسیلی که تحت مدیریت و بهینه سازی مصرف قرار نگیرند، نه تنها منجر به امنیت غذایی و توسعه پایدار جوامع نخواهد شد بلکه شرایط اقلیم را که بستر حیات بشری می باشد بهم خواهد زد اتفاقی که متاسفانه در سطح منطقه و جهان در حال رخ دادن است ...
