انواع اشپیل در سایزهای مختلف با بهترین کیفیت انواع پیچ ها استادبولت،انکربولت،پیچ آلن،پیچ شش گوش انواع مهره شش گوش انواع مهره چهار گوش و خاص خدمات عملیات حرارتی خدمات انواع داکرومات خدمات عملیات حرارتی گروه تولیدی و صنعتی پیچ اشپیل ایران ( سهامی خاص) درسال 1363با استفاده از تکنولوژی مناسب فعالیت خودرا در زمـینه صنعت اشـپیل آغاز نموده ودرسال 1366 رسـماً با شماره 800 به ثبت رسیده و درسال 1364 با انجام یـک سری تحقیقات اقدام به ساخت دستگاه تولید اشپیل در یک مرحله نمود که این طرح توسط مدیـریت سازمان تهـیه و اجرا گردید که در صنعت اشپیل جهان بی نظیر می باشـد _ گواهینامه های ما ما حرفه ای هستیم مهره ها بسته به اینکه در اتصال پیچ شش گوش مصرف میشوند و یا استاد بولت استاندارد مختلفی دارند که در واقع ضخامت و گوشت مهره را مشخص میکند. مهره هابرای اتصال پیچ شش گوش از استاندارد دین 934 و در اتصال استاد بولت ها معمولا 2h , 2hm هستند. به پیچ آهن معروف هستند و در رتبه پیچ مهره ها با استقامت متوسط به پایین دسته بندی میشوند. در صنایع سنگین و بارهای زیاد کاربرد زیادی ندارند و صرفا نقش اتصال دهنده دارند. هر میلیمتر مربع آنها تنها بار 50 کیلوگرم را تحمل میکند. از پیچ و مهره های بسیار پرکاربرد در صنایع ساختمانی سوله سازی و دکل ها هستند نسبت به کلاس پایین تر ترد ترند و هر میلیمتر مربع آنها 100 کیلوگرم بار تحمل میکند و تا 90% این بار را بدون تغییر فرم و کشیدگی تحمل میکند. پیچ مهره کلاس 12.9 پرکاربرد ترین نوع اتصالات در صنایع سنگین دکلهای مخابراتی و صنایع پل سازی و سد سازی هستند. بر این مبنا هر میلیمتر مربع از سطح مقطع پیچ بار کششی 120 کیلوگرم را تحمل کرده و تا 90% از این بار بدون تغییر شکل استقامت میکند. به پیچ و مهره خشکه معروف هستند و از آنجا که حد متوسطی از سختی و استقامت را دارند در صنایع مختلف کاربرد بسیار دارند و در واقع پرکاربرد ترین کلاس پیچ و مهره هستند. بار 80 کیلوگرم رابصورت کششی در هر میلیمتر مربع تحمل میکنند. پیچ و مهره گرید 2 در سیستم آمریکایی طبق استاندارد ASTM A307 بوده و معمولا با پوشش زینک عرضه میشود و مصرف آن بیشتر در مواردی است که سختی متوسط کفایت میکند.معمولا از فولاد با کربن کم تولید می شوند پیچ و مهره گرید 5 در دستگاه آمریکایی با استاندارد A325 در سیستم بین المللی شباهت
