محصولات مشاهده همه گسکت اسپیرال وند (SWG) گسکت‌های اسپیرال وند ایده آل ترین نوع گسکت در بین واشرهای نیمه فلزی هستند. این گسکت‌ها از ورق های نازک فلزی V شکل (استریپ) که فیلر درونی آن غیر فلزی بوده و به صورت مارپیچ (اسپیرال) انحنا داده شده ( هر دو طرف آن جوش داده شده )، ساخته شده است. این نوع گسکت ساختار خاصی دارد که شامل فلزی ارتجاعی و فیلر منعطف می باشد و عملکرد آب بندی آن در سطح بسیار بالا و مطلوبی قرار دارد. گسکت های رینگ جوینت آب بندهایی فلزی برای کاربرد در دما و فشار بالا هستند که برای فلنج های با شیار حلقه ای مناسب می باشند. این نوع واشرها در صنایع نفت، گاز، پتروشیمی و ولوهای فشار بالا مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. گسکت های رینگ جوینت برای آب بندی با تماس خطی و یا سطحی با زاویه بین فلنج مورد نظر و گسکت طراحی شده اند. گسکت های کمپروفایل ( یا گسکت های دندانه دار فلزی) شامل یک هسته فلزی (Core Metal Ring) است که در هر دو روی خود شیارهای هم مرکز دارد. لایه آب بندی معمولا روی هر دو وجه چسبانیده می شود. متریال این لایه می تواند از گرافیت ، تفلون، ورق های بدون آزبست یا نان آزبست و یا فلزات نرم باشد. از این گسکت می توان بدون لایه های آب بندی نیز استفاده نمود اما این خطر وجود خواهد داشت که سطح فلنج بخصوص در فشارهای بالا آسیب ببیند. این گسکت ها در دما و فشار بالا، و خطوط جریان نوسان دار مناسب هستند. گسکت های متال جکت ابتدایی ترین گسکت های نیمه فلزی هستند که برای فشارهای بالا و مقاومت در برابر ضربه، فلزرا با قابلیت فشردگی بهبود یافته با متریال نرم، ترکیب می کنند. گسکت های متال جکت در جایی که سطوح آب بندی باریک هستند عنصر آب بندی مقرون به صرفه ای بوده و می توانند به شکل های گوناگون تولید شوند ، که آنها را به انتخابی خوب برای نقاط اتصالی مبدل های حرارتی تبدیل می کند. این گسکت ها از گرافیت، سرامیک ، نان-آزبست و غیره ساخته می شوند. فیلرها با فلزی کم ضخامت مانند استینلس استیل، کربن استیل، مس و غیره پوشش داده می شوند. درباره ما Atbinize Your Pipeline شرکت فنی و مهندسی آتبین ایستا با نام اختصاری .A.I.T.
