Lastikkaran Production Company (Wireka) Lastikkaran Manufacturing Company began its activities in 1991 in the field of rubber parts production, utilizing specialized and educated personnel in the field of polymer engineering in Mehrshahr, Karaj. In 1998, alongside constructing and launching its new production site at kilometer 14 of the Tehran-Karaj special road, and by upgrading its production technology to modern and advanced methods and establishing ISO/TS16949 quality management systems, the company took significant steps towards self-sufficiency in our beloved country by producing rubber products used in national industries. The company's products encompass a wide range of rubber and sponge parts used in the automotive, household appliances, oil, gas, petrochemical industries, and more. These include various types of washers, packings, engine mounts, shock absorbers, dust covers, O-rings, and essentially any kind of rubber or rubber-metal component based on customer orders. In 2008, Rubberkaran Manufacturing Company initiated a project to produce silicone compounds from related monomers. After acquiring the necessary technical knowledge and importing the required machinery, the company successfully launched this production line in 2009. Since this company, contrary to conventional compounding methods, can produce silicone compounds from raw materials (monomers), it is capable of making the smallest modifications to the final compound's properties based on customer requests and orders. To control and improve the quality of its products, the company’s mechanical, electrical, and compounding laboratories continuously and consistently monitor the physical, mechanical, electrical, and rheological properties of the products and compounds, ensuring their conformity with customer orders and requirements.
