اره فلکه چیست؟ اره فلکه که با نام «اره نواری» نیز شناخته میشود، یکی از مهمترین و پرکاربردترین دستگاههای برش در صنایع چوب، فلزکاری، مجسمهسازی و صنایع دستی است. نام این دستگاه از دو «فلکه» (چرخ یا قرقره بزرگ) گرفته شده که در بالا و پایین دستگاه قرار دارند و یک تیغه بلند و نواریشکل فلزی، شبیه به نوار یک کاست قدیمی، دور آنها میچرخد. با روشن شدن موتور الکتریکی، این تیغه به طور پیوسته در حرکت قرار میگیرد و کاربر با قرار دادن قطعه کار روی میز دستگاه و هدایت آن به سمت دندانههای تیغه، عملیات برش را انجام میدهد. نخستین ایده ساخت این دستگاه در سال ۱۸۰۹ میلادی توسط ویلیام نیوبری مطرح شد، اما نمونه اولیه با مشکل عمر کوتاه تیغه مواجه بود. این مشکل تا دهه ۱۸۴۰ ادامه داشت تا اینکه با ابداع روش جدیدی برای جوشکاری تیغه، تولید و استفاده گسترده از اره فلکه در صنعت آغاز شد. ویژگی اصلی و برتری اره فلکه مهمترین ویژگی اره فلکه نسبت به سایر انواع اره (مانند اره دیسکی یا اره میزی) این است که تنها دستگاهی است که همزمان قادر به انجام برشهای راسته (مستقیم) و منحنی است. تیغه نازک و انعطافپذیر این دستگاه امکان برشهای طولی، عرضی، زاویهدار، زیگزاگ و حتی طرحهای پیچیده و قوسیشکل را فراهم میکند، بدون آنکه ضایعات یا ناهمواری قابل توجهی روی سطح برش باقی بماند. انواع اره فلکه ارههای فلکه بر اساس نحوه قرارگیری و کاربرد به دو دسته اصلی تقسیم میشوند: ۱. اره فلکه افقی (اره رام) این نوع در کارخانههای چوببری و صنایع بزرگ استفاده میشود و عمدتاً برای برش تنههای قطور درخت به الوارهای کوچکتر به کار میرود. قطر فلکههای این دستگاه از حدود ۱۰۰ سانتیمتر شروع میشود و میتواند بزرگتر هم باشد. تنه درخت با کمک جک هیدرولیکی یا برقی روی خط برش قرار میگیرد و اپراتور تیغه را با موتور الکتریکی به حرکت درمیآورد. این مدلها معمولاً به برق سهفاز نیاز دارند. ۲. اره فلکه عمودی (اره ایستاده) این مدل کاربرد عمومیتری در کارگاههای نجاری، مبلمانسازی و صنایع دستی دارد و در اندازههای گوناگون تولید میشود: مدلهای رومیزی: برای برشهای سبک، نازک و کارهایی مانند معرقکاری و منبتکاری مناسباند و بیشتر در مصارف خانگی یا آموزشی استفاده میشوند. مدلهای کارگاهی (اره فلکه ۶۰): ابعادی متوسط دارند، کاربرد نیمه
