شرکت کوبش کویر سمنان شرکت کوبش کویر سمنان با بهرهگیری از ماشینآلات پیشرفته و تماماتوماتیک، فرآیند فورج سرد (Cold Forging) را با بالاترین دقت، سرعت و کیفیت به انجام میرساند. این خط تولید بهگونهای طراحی و تجهیز شده است که قابلیت تولید انبوه انواع پیچ، مهره، پین و پرچ با اشکال پیچیده و تلرانسهای دقیق را داراست. در این واحد، از ماشینآلاتی به شرح زیر استفاده میشود، تصاویر ماشین آلات را نیز در ادامه مشاهده می فرمایید: 🔹 پرسهای فورج سرد چندضرب (Multi-Station Cold Forging Presses) مناسب برای شکلدهی دقیق قطعات در چند مرحله متوالی، با نیروی بالا و کنترل کامل بر فرآیند فرمدهی. 🔹 ماشینهای کلهزنی (Cold Heading Machines) ویژه تولید قطعاتی مانند پیچ و پین با شکلدهی سر قطعه بهصورت سریع و یکنواخت. 🔹 ماشینهای رزوهزنی تماماتوماتیک (Thread Rolling Machines) قادر به ایجاد رزوههای دقیق، بدون برادهبرداری، با افزایش استحکام مکانیکی سطحی. کلیه ماشینآلات و تجهیزات این خط تولید از برندهای معتبر آلمانی، آمریکایی و تایوانی تهیه شدهاند، که تضمینکننده کیفیت، دقت و دوام بالای عملکرد خطوط تولید هستند. همچنین، این تجهیزات با سیستمهای کنترل کیفیت در لحظه (In-Process Quality Control) ترکیب شدهاند تا محصول نهایی از نظر ابعادی، استحکام و ظاهر، کاملاً مطابق با استانداردهای صنعت خودروسازی باشد. سرمایهگذاری در این تجهیزات پیشرفته، کوبش کویر را قادر ساخته تا در تولید قطعات با تیراژ بالا، کیفیت ثابت و هزینه رقابتی، در سطح بازار داخلی و صادراتی حضوری پررنگ و مؤثر داشته باشد. این نوع پرس با یک ضربه، عملیات شکلدهی را در سه قالب متوالی انجام میدهد. مناسب برای تولید قطعاتی با فرم نسبتا پیچیده در یک مرحله، با دقت بالا و ظرفیت تولید مناسب. در این دستگاه، با یک ضربه، قطعه از چهار مرحله فرمدهی عبور میکند. مناسب برای قطعات بلندتر یا با شکل پیچیدهتر که نیاز به چند مرحله شکلدهی در یک سیکل دارند. دارای دو ضربه متوالی و دو قالب است که امکان اجرای مراحل شکلدهی با دقت و کنترل بهتر را فراهم میکند. گزینهای عالی برای تولید قطعاتی که نیاز به پیشفرم و فرم نهایی دارند. در این مدل، دو ضربه پیاپی روی یک قالب انجام میشود تا فرمدهی نهایی بهصورت دقیقتری صورت گیرد. مناسب برای قطعات با سختی با
