درباره ما آسیا سیم شرکت آسیا سیم در تابستان سال 1368 تاسیس گردید ، با توجه به تجربه و تخصص موسس آن در زمینه تولید ، شناخت مشخصات فنی و کاربرد انواع سیم های فولادی ، فعالیت شرکت بر تولید و تجارت این کالا و تجهیزات و مواد مرتبط با تولید آن متمرکز گردید ، بنابراین برای معرفی عرصه فعالیت شرکت و توانایی های آن موضوع در دو باب تولید و تجارت شرح داده می شود. تولید شرکت آسیا سیم در شهرستان ملایر ( کیلومتر 6 جاده ملایر به بروجرد) کارخانه تولید مفتولهای فولادی را احداث نموده است. این کارخانه در تابستان سال 1382 به بهره برداری رسیده و مفتولهای فنری غیر گالوانیزه در اقطار 40/1 میلی متر تا 5 میلی متر را تولید می نماید. البته در صورت تهیه میله گرد گالوانیزه امکان تولید برخی اقطار از سیم های گالوانیزه نیز وجود دارد. با توجه به اینکه موسسه استاندارد ایران تا کنون استانداردی برای این محصول تدوین ننموده است ، شرکت طبق سفارش مشتریان محصول را بر اساس استانداردهای بین المللی خصوصا DIN 17223/1 و یا EN10270/1 تولید مینماید . درواقع خط تولید موجود در این کارخانه اساسا برای تولید مفتولهای فولادی فنری انتخاب گردیده است، لیکن علاوه بر این ، برخی انواع دیگر از سیم های فولادی پرکربن مثل سیم های مورد استفاده در بافت سیم بکسل و سیم های مصرفی در ساخت سرندهای صنعتی نیز تولید می شوند. خطوط تولید موجود در کارخانه شامل خط اسیدشویی و فسفاته کاری از نوع Batch Type و خط کشش میباشد و به دلیل وجود تاسیسات زیر بنایی از قبیل زمین ( بالغ بر 54 هزار متر مربع)، آب ، برق و موقعیت مناسب ، امکان توسعه کارخانه در جهت گسترش دامنه اقطار تولیدی و ظرفیت کارخانه همچنین تولید انواع دیگر مفتولهای فولادی و یا محصولات ساخته شده از آنها وجود دارد. در حال حاضر کارخانه شرکت آسیا سیم علاوه بر سیم های پر کربن برخی انواع سیم های فولادی کم کربن را برای کارخانجات میخ سازی و واحدهای تولید 3D پانل تولید می نماید. به دلیل در اختیار داشتن دانش فنی لازم و بهره مندی از تجهیزات مناسب ، کیفیت محصولات کارخانه این شرکت همواره مورد تایید مصرف کنندگان بوده است . تجارت با توجه به موارد ذیل : 1- در اختیار داشتن اطلاعات فنی مربوط به خواص مفتولهای فولادی و مشخصات و کاربرد آنها . 2- اشنایی نزدیک با تولید کنند گان مفتولهای فولادی در اروپا و آسیا هم
