Iran Nara, established in 1979 by Mr. Mashallah Hosseini, is the largest banking & office equipment distributor in private sector in Iran. The Head Office and After Sales Service Departments are located in fully owned buildings in the business center of Tehran. We have individual Sales Departments for different product ranges and each department has its own Sales Manager and Staff who are in constant contact with both prospects and customers to assist them with their requirements. Each department also has an individual fully equipped workshop with highly skilled engineers and technicians who are constantly taking part in training courses held by our principals abroad to develop a better understanding of the new machines which at the same time gives them the ability to offer a perfect technical service to local customers and end users. This has enabled our engineers to even repair the motherboards (chips, capacitors, resistors, etc) of the majority of our products, which has resulted in higher customer satisfaction by significantly decreasing the repair costs and as a result has increased our sales. Iran Nara is privileged by having been ranked “A Level” by the “High Council of Informatics” national organisation. Iran Nara is currently handling more than 11 well reputed brands from the Far East and Europe. Having commenced operations with only six personnel, Iran Nara now has more than 450 employees and is one of the market leaders in office and banking equipment in Iran.
