آغاز فعالیت های "گروه صنعتی ثمین" در حوزه تولید و بازرگانی به سال 1381 بر می گردد. شرکت ثمین صنعت تیراژه یکی از شرکت های زیر مجموعه ی گروه ثمین، از سال 1390 با هدف بهره وری انرژی- تولید و عرضه مصالح نوین ساختمانی جهت کاهش مصرف انرژی پروژه های عمرانی در دوره ساخت و بهره برداری- تاسیس شد. به جهت نو بودن تکنولوژی و مقاومت بازار در مواجهه با محصولات جدید و قبل از سرمایه گذاری در تاسیسات و ماشین آلات تولیدی، اقدامات اولیه و آشنایی مصرف کنندگان با محصول جدید و بازاریابی و فروش این محصولات و اجرای آن در پروژه های عمرانی، اولویت این شرکت قرار گرفت و در این راه بسیار کوشید. شرکت ثمین صنعت تیراژه، در راستای اجرای سیاستهای دولت در خصوص صنعتی سازی ساختمان و همچنین اجرای قانون هدفمند کردن یارانه ها، اقدام به ایجاد واحد صنعتی به نمایندگی از طرف شرکت اروپایی Green Wall Building کرد و با بهره گیری از جدیدترین متدها و روش های تولیدی و اجرایی روز اروپا، تولید و عرضه عایق و دیوارهای سبز ساختمانی(XPS) را با بالاترین کیفیت در ایران آغاز کرد. از آن جا که دغدغه ی تمام مدیران و سرمایه گذاران پروژه های ساختمانی در بهره گیری از تکنولوژی های به روز، اجرای صحیح و با کیفیت است و با توجه به این که متاسفانه برخی از مجریان صنعت ساختمان همراه با این فناوری ها رشد نداشته اند، این شرکت با تجهیز تیم های کاری و آموزش آن ها مطابق با روش های اجرایی روز دنیا، از ابتدا تا آخرین مراحل نازک کاری، همراه پروژه ها و مسوول اجرای صحیح محصولات خود بوده و هست. متمرکز شدن بر تولید برق و پروژه های نیروگاهی ثمین صنعت از اواخر سال 1395 در حوزه انرژی و مشخصا در خصوص پروژه های نیروگاهی "مولدهای تولید برق پراکنده" یا CHP فعالیت جدی خود را آغاز کرده است. با توجه به احداث نیروگاه 12.5 مگاواتی سایت شهرک صنعتی سالاریه ورامین، نیروگاه 13 مگاواتی سایت میانه و نیروگاه 25 مگاواتی سایت منطقه ویژه اقتصادی بندر نوشهر، ثمین صنعت به تکنولوژی احداث، بهره برداری و تعمیرات و مهندسی این نوع نیروگاه های مقیاس کوچک دست یافته است؛ به همین منظور شرکت ثمین صنعت، بررسی و احداث این گونه طرح های نیروگاهی در شهرهای مختلف کشور را در دست اقدام دارد؛ احداث سایت نیروگاه هفتکل خوزستان با توان تولید برق 20 مگاوات و نیروگاه 6.5 مگاواتی چرمشهر ورامین از ج

شرکت نانو نیکاپاک به مدیریت مهندس پویا احمدپور فعالیت خود را در زمینه صنعت ساختمان از سال ۱۳۷۵ با جدیت آغاز نمود. با توجه به پروژه های تخصصی نمای ساختمانی و به دلیل احساس نیاز ، در راستای مقاوم سازی مصالح ساختمانی ، استفاده از تکنولوژی های نوین روز و فناوری نانو را در پوشش های محافظ سطوح مختلف، از سال ۱۳۹۰ سرلوحۀ فعالیت های خود قرار داد. در این بخش به بررسی و پاسخ به متداول ترین سوالات شما می پردازیم. هنچنین در صورتی که نیاز به راهنمایی بیشتری داشتید نیز می توانید با کارشناسان نانو نیکاپاک تماس بگیرید. مواد محافظت از سطح نما را به سه دسته تقسیم میکنیم: ۱. رزین های قدیمی که روی سطح لایه ای خارجی ایجاد می کنند ،این لایه در اثر سرما و گرما و اشعه UV خورشید پس از گذشت مدت کوتاهی دچار تجزیه و پوسته شدن لایه می شوند و موجب آسیب دیدگی سطح زیر لایه می شود . ۲. رزین های سیلیکونی که شباهت زیادی به مواد نانو دارند ، با این حال از نظر کیفیت و دوام ماندگاری کمتری دارند و باعث پوسته شدن سطح نما می شوند. ۳. مواد نانو متریک به دلیل داشتن ریزترین نوع مولکول به عمق سطح نفوذ کرده و مانع ورود آب به عمق سطح می شوند ،این مواد با توجه به ابعاد نانو متریک (هر یک میلیون ذره نانو برابر با یک متر است) به طور کامل تا عمق موثر ۳ میلیمتر داخل سطوح مختلف (سنگ ، آجر ، سیمان ، چوب و…) نفوذ کرده و با بستن تمامی منافذ بدون جلوگیری از تنفس طبیعی متریال موجب عایق شدن سطح مورد نظر می شود. اما مهم ترین تفاوت محصول ما در موارد زیر خلاصه می شود ۱. ماده اولیه وارداتی از اروپا ۲. دوام حداقل ۱۰ ساله به همراه گارانتی ۵ ساله نانو نیکاپاک ۳. هیچ گونه تغییر رنگ و بافتی رخ نمیدهد و حالت طبیعی متریال همواره ثابت می ماند. آجر ۵ الی ۷ متر مربع / سنگ ۱۰ الی ۱۴ متر مربع / سیمان ۴ الی ۶ متر مربع شایان ذکر است که رنج تغییرات پوشش سطوح ناشی از تفاوت در میزان نفوذپذیری و جذب آب در متریال های متفاوت می باشد. نمونه پروژه های اجرا شده در سراسر کشور و صحبت با مهندسین و کارفرماها جهت رضایت از مواد نانو نیکاپاک که طی بیش از یک دهه گذشته افتخار همکاری با ایشان را داشتیم. نمونه پروژه ها را در صفحه درباره ما مشاهده کنید بله ، در صورتی که اجرا توسط شرکت نانو نیکاپاک انجام شود ، ۵ سال ضمانت نامه کتبی ارائه می شود ولی حداقل ماندگاری م
