شرکت مژده شیمی اشتهارد با هدف تولید تیوبهای آلومینیومی و تیوبهای لامینت در سال 1382 در زمینی به مساحت 11000 مترمربع در شهرک صنعتی اشتهارد تاسیس گردید. پس از مطالعه، بررسی و مقایسه تکنولوژیهای روز دنیا، در سال 1384 خط تولید تیوبهای آلومینیومی با ظرفیت تولید سالانه 45 میلیون عدد تیوب و مجهز به آخرین نسل ماشینآلات و تجهیزات از کشور ایتالیا خریداری و نهایتاً در سال 1385 توسط تکنسینها و مهندسین شرکت ایتالیایی به همراه متخصصین شرکت مژده شیمی خط تولید فوق نصب و راهاندازی شد. همزمان با خط تولید آلومنیوم خط تولید تزریق پلاستیک به منظور تولید انواع دربها با تهیه تجهیزات از کشور آلمان به بهرهبرداری رسید. در سال 1388 در راستای رفع نیاز صنعت، خط تولید تیوبهای لمینت درزدار با تکنولوژی روز شرکت سوییسی و ظرفیت تولید سالانه 30 میلیون عدد تیوب راه اندازی شد. در ادامه تکمیل سبد محصولات، شرکت مژده شیمی در سال 1397 خط تولید تیوبهای پلیمری بدوندرز را به بهرهبرداری رساند و در حال حاضر ارائه کننده سبد کاملی از انواع تیوبها شامل تیوبهای آلومینیومی، لمینت درزدار و بدوندرز به صنایع مختلف از جمله آرایشی، بهداشتی و دارویی میباشد.
