با تلفیق سنسورهای دودی و حرارتی در این دتکتورها، امکان شناسایی توام دود و حرارت وجود دارد. سنسور حرارتی قابل تغییر مطابق با نیازهای محیطی در سه کلاس حرارتی مختلف بوده و سطح حساسیت شناسایی دود نیز در سه سطح قابل تغییر می باشد. شناسایی دود با پردازش سیگنال فوتوالکتریکی انجام می شود. دتکتورها قابلیت شناسایی دودهای سفید و سیاه ایجاد شده در اثر سوختن مواد شیمیایی، چوب، پنبه و سایر متریال ها را دارا می باشند. دتکتورهای حرارتی آدرس پذیر مدل ZX-HD 7000 AD با قابلیت تغییر کلاس حرارتی دتکتور در سه کلاس A1R ، A2S و BS توانایی عملکرد نسبت به افزایش ناگهانی دما و آستانه حداکثری دما مطابق با الزامات استاندارد EN 54-5 را دارا می باشند. دتکتورهای دودی فوتوالکتریکی به واسطه طراحی خاص و روش پردازش سیگنال فوتوالکتریک بکاررفته، در برابر گرد و غبار، حشرات موذی و تداخل های میدان های مغناطیسی مقاوم می باشند. این نوع دتکتورها عملکرد مطلوبی در شناسایی دودهای ناشی از حریق های پنهان یا آشکار داشته و برای آشکارسازی دود در منازل، فروشگاه ها، هتل ها، انبارها و غیره مناسب هستند. دتکتورهای حرارتی به واسطه شناسایی دمای محیط در حالت ثابت و افزایش دما در مقطع زمانی خاص فعال می شوند. در این مدل علاوه بر هشدار شنیداری (32 تن برای ایجاد هشدارهای شنیداری در سه سطح قابل تنظیم کم، متوسط و زیاد پیش بینی شده است)، امکان ایجاد هشدار دیداری (با استفاده از LED های تعبیه شده در آژیر) وجود دارد. امکان استفاده از آژیر در دو حالت آژیر فلاشر و فقط فلاشر وجود دارد. این مدل شستی از نوع برگشت ناپذیر بوده و در اثر شکستن شیشه جلویی، فرمان اعلام حریق را به دستگاه مرکزی ارسال می نماید. از شیشه محافظ ضدآب برای جلوگیری از فعال شدن شستی در اثر وارد آمدن ضربات غیرضروری و همچنین جلوگیری از نفوذ آب در شرایط محیطی نامطلوب استفاده شده است. طراحی و ساخت مطابق با الزامات استاندارد ISIRI 6174 و EN 54-11 انجام شده و قابلیت کاربرد در محیط های درون ساختمانی را دارا می باشند.
