میلگرد بستر، مقطعی فولادی با ضخامت ۴ میلیمتر است که به صورت آجدار ساخته شده و در بین دیوارهای آجری یا سفالی به کار برده می شود. به منظور جلوگیری از زنگ زدگی و افزایش عمر، میلگرد بستر دارای پوشش گالوانیزه می باشد. اطلاعات محصول وال پست های منقطع وال پست (به انگلیسی: wall post) به معنای نگهدارنده دیوار و از جمله تجهیزات ساختمانی است که به کمک پروفیل فولادی ساخته میشود. وال پست، سبب درگیری دیوار و اسکلت شده و در نهایت موجب افزایش مقاومت و استحکام سازه میشود. وظیفهی نگهداری دیوارها در برابر نیروهای عمود بر صفحه و نیروهای خمشی و کمانشی که در اثر لرزش و زلزله به ساختمانها وارد میشود را به عهده دارد. اطلاعات محصول وال پست ها (وادارهایH وU) در هر دو نوع سازه بتنی و فولادی قابلاجرا است و از آن در محلهایی مانند تقاطع دیوارهای غیر سازهای، کنار بازشوها و جانپناه استفاده میشود. همچنین، نگهداری در و پنجره، پرداختکاری داخلی، استفاده در نمای بیرونی ساختمان و عایقبندی از دیگر کاربردهای وادار به شمار میروند. میلگرد بستر بین بلوک های دیوار قرار می گیرد و باید به وسیله ی قلاب و گیره به ستون متصل شود. قلابی که برای اتصال میلگرد بستر به ستون به کار برده می شود باید حداقل قطر ۴ میلیمتر داشته باشد و طول آن نیز حداقل ۷۵ برابر قطر آن باشد. گیره نیز باید به کمک پیچ و رولپلاک به ستون پیچ شود. قلاب درون گیره قرار می گیرد و دو سر آزاد آن را روی دیوار می گذارند. میلگرد بستر نیز روی آرماتور قلاب می آید. برای اتصال قلاب به میلگرد بستر نیازی به بستن آن با سیم نیست. برای اتصال دیوارهای ساخته شده از بلوک هبلکس به سایر عناصر سازه ای یا اتصال یکپارچه تربلوک ها به یکدیگر ، از ابزاری به نام بست هبلکس استفاده می شود که انواع و کاربرد های مختلفی دارد . کشور ایران در طول سال های متمادی توسط مخاطرات طبیعی گوناگون از جمله سیل، طوفان و زمین لرزه های مهیب؛ خسارات جانی واقتصادی زیادی را متحمل شده است. قرار گرفتن بر روی کمربند زلزله از یک سو و عدم توجه به استانداردهای ساخت و ساز از سوی دیگر، کشور ما ایران را به یکی از کشورهای آسیب پذیر در زمینه خسارات ساختمانی تبدیل نموده است. جلوگیری از تکرار خسارات وفجایع ناشی از خطر زمین لرزه ها و محدود بودن زمان و منابع مالی سبب شده تا مسئولین و دست اندرکاران عر
