شركت ریخته گری دقیق پولادیر بعنوان اولین واحد از نوع خود در ایران در سال 1362 تأسیس شد. ضمن آغاز به تولید آزمایشی در واحد تهران با ظرفیت حدود 20 تن در سال ، كارخانه اصلی در شهر صنعتی هشتگرد واقع در 70 كیلومتری غرب تهران در حال ساخت بود. با آغاز به كار واحد اصلی در سال 1373 ، ظرفیت تولید سالانه به 200 تن در سال افزایش یافت . این روند رو به رشد همچنان ادامه داشت بطوریكه حجم تولید در سال 1382 به بالاتر از 600 تن در سال رسید. با رشد صنعت خودرو ، شركت پـولادیر نیز بعنوان یكی از تولید كنندگان، وارد صحنه تولید قطعات خودرو هایی مانند پیكان، آردی، سمند، پراید، نیسان و پژو گردیده و در راستای ایفای نقش مؤثرتر، یك واحد قالبسازی تراشكاری را در سال 1374 تأسیس نموده و بكار گرفت. این واحد هم بنام شركت پارس كارا ماشین، در شهر صنعتی هشتگرد و بفاصله كمی از شركت پولادیر قرار دارد و در سال 1395 بیش از 2.000.000 قطعه ماشینكاری شده تحویل صنایع مختلف داده است. در كنار رشد كمی، اعتقاد عمیق مدیریت شركت به رشد كیفی سبب شده است كه با استفاده از نیروهای متخصص و تحصیل كرده كه سرمایه اصلی شركت را تشكیل میدهند، مجموعه پولادیر با استقرار نظام تضمین كیفیت ISO/TS16949 و ISO9001 به مدت بیش از چهارده سال در جهت ارتقاء كیفیت تولیدات خود و جلب رضایت هر چه بیشتر مشتریان تلاش نموده است. آموزش پیوسته كاركنان و بكارگیری ماشین آلات جدیدتر مانند ماشین آلات قالبسازی و ماشینكاری CNC، ماشین های مخصوص، استفاده از روش های CAD/CAM در طراحی و ساخت قالب ها، فیكسچرها و ماشین آلات و ابزار آلات و سنجه های گوناگون، ما را در گذر از بزرگراه بی انتهای بهبود كیفیت، افزایش بهره وری و جلب رضایت مشتریان یاری داده است. ضمن آنكه استفاده از آزمایشگاه مجهز به كوانتومتر، سختی سنج، رادیوگرافی و دستگاههای اندازه گیری دقیق، امكان اعمال كنترل دقیق را در مراحل مختلف فرآیندهای تولید میسر نموده است. مجموعه پولادیر به كمك حدود 200 نفر از كاركنان مجرب و تحصیل كرده كه 20 نفر از آنان جزو كارشناسان و مهندسین و بقیه نیز از كارگران ماهر و تكنیسین ها تشكیل شده است، یاری رسان بسیاری از صنایع مانند صنایع خودرو، صنایع نیروگاهی،نفت و گاز ،صنایع سیمان، صنایع غذائی، نساجی و ماشین سازی می باشد و تنوع قطعات تولیدی شركت افزون بر 150 نوع قطعه در سال میباشد.
