شرکت عقیق سازه ارک ، تولید و اجرای سیستم ایستادرز (کالزیپ ، کلزیپ ، زیپ پانل ، زیپ تک ، آرک زیپ) سیستم ایستادرز (Standing Seam System) که با نامهای زیپ پانل (Zip Panel) ، کلزیپ (Kalzip) یا آرکزیپ نیز شناخته میشود، یکی از پیشرفتهترین و پرکاربردترین روشهای پوشش سقف و نما در صنعت ساختمان جهان امروز به شمار می آید. این سیستم توسط شرکت عقیق سازه ارک با برند تجاری آرکزیپ تولید و اجرا میشود و به دلیل طراحی بیدرز، سبک بودن، عایقبودن و مقاومت بسیار بالا، به عنوان گزینهای نوآورانه و قابل اعتماد در پروژههای مختلف در ابعاد جهانی شناخته میشود. ویدیو زیر لایه های اصلی سیستم ایستادرز (کلزیپ، زیپ پانل، کالزیپ) را نشان می دهد. سیستم ایستادرز نوعی پوشش مدرن فلزی بسیار کارآمد است که با استفاده از دستگاه رولفرمینگ، در محل پروژه تولید و نصب میشود و به عنوان کار آمد ترین سیستم پوشش جهان شناخته می شود. در این سیستم، پانلها به جای استفاده از پیچ و پرچ، با کلیپسهای مخصوص (Thermo Clip) به زیرسازه متصل شده و سپس بهصورت قفلشونده با دستگاه زیپکن به هم فشرده میشوند. این ساختار یکپارچه، مانع از نفوذ آب، گردوغبار و رطوبت شده و منجر به افزایش عمر مفید این سیستم میشود. سطح نهایی زیپ پانل هیچگونه سوراخ یا اتصالی ندارد که باعث نفوذ رطوبت یا گردوغبار شود که این موضوع منجر به افزایش چشم گیر مقاومت این سیستم می شود . استفاده از پشم سنگ غیرقابل اشتعال در سیستم ایستادرز، خطر اشتعال را به طور کامل از بین برده و نیز سطح ایمنی ساختمان را بسیار بالا میبرد. پانلهای ایستادرز آرکزیپ را میتوان در اشکال محدب، مقعر، sشکل و مخروطی و در تمامی ابعاد تولید کرد با وجود کلیپسهای کشویی، سیستم ایستادرز در برابر تغییرات شدید دما بدون آسیبدیدگی همچنان با کارآیی بالا عمل میکند. تولید و نصب در محل پروژه باعث صرفهجویی در زمان و نیز کاهش چشمگیر هزینههای حاصل از حملونقل میشود. در این محصول ورق زیر حذف می گردد و فقط شامل پروفیل رویی از جنس آلومینیوم و یا گالوانیزه می باشد. در صورت استفاده از عایق حرارتی، جهت مهار کردن عایق از تور مرغی یا کارتون پلاست و یا محصولات مشابه استفاده می شود. این سیستم بیشتر برای مکان های باز مانند پارکینگ مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. این محصول شامل لایه ورق زیر ذوزنقه یا سینوسی
