گروه صنعتی نیازیت سقف، تولیدکننده و ارائهدهنده سیستمهای سقف فولادی مبتنی بر تیرچه فاقد بتن در جان است. سیستم نیازیت با هدف کاهش وزن مرده سقف، کاهش مصرف مصالح و ایجاد امکان اجرای دهانههای بلند طراحی شده و ساختار آن بر پایه تیرچه فولادی با جان باز و بدون بتن در جان شکل گرفته است. نیازیت کرومیت نیست. تفاوت اصلی نیازیت با تیرچههای با جان باز متداول، در هندسه مقاطع، نحوه طراحی اعضای تیرچه، جزئیات یال فوقانی و تحتانی و همچنین حذف بتن از جان تیرچه است. این تفاوتها باعث میشوند سیستم نیازیت از نظر طراحی و رفتار سازهای، سیستم مستقلی محسوب شود و نباید صرفاً بهعنوان نام دیگری برای تیرچه کرومیت در نظر گرفته شود. گروه صنعتی نیازیت سقف تحت مدیریت مهندس محمد نیازی فعالیت میکند و طبق اطلاعات ارائهشده توسط مجموعه، سابقه فعالیت آن در حوزه تولید و اجرای تیرچههای فاقد بتن در جان به بیش از دو دهه میرسد. همچنین بیش از ۵ میلیون مترمربع سقف با این سیستم در پروژههای مختلف اجرا شده است. نیازیت چیست؟ تیرچه نیازیت نسل پیشرفتهای از تیرچههای فولادی با جان باز است که در آن بتن از جان تیرچه حذف شده است. در سیستم نیازیت، دال بتن رویه در ترکیب با یال فوقانی تیرچه و در صورت استفاده، گلمیخهای تعبیهشده در یال فوقانی، عملکرد کامپوزیتی موردنظر را تأمین میکند. ساختار تیرچه نیازیت از سه بخش اصلی تشکیل شده است: یال فوقانی یال فوقانی تیرچه نیازیت از مقطع سپری تشکیل شده است. یال میانی از میلگردهای منقطع عمود و مورب تشکیل شده و هر عضو آن بهصورت مستقل در مراحل مختلف عملکرد تیرچه قابل بررسی و محاسبه است. یال تحتانی تیرچه از تسمه فولادی تشکیل میشود. این ساختار با تیرچههای با جان باز متداول در ایران تفاوت اساسی دارد و به همین دلیل، نیازیت را نمیتوان صرفاً شکل دیگری از تیرچه کرومیت دانست. وجود این دو ثبت اختراع، مالکیت فکری و حقوق انحصاری مربوط به طرح و فناوری نیازیت را مشخص میکند و تولید این سیستم در چارچوب حقوق مالکیت فکری ثبتشده آن انجام میشود. به همین دلیل، هر محصولی که صرفاً از ظاهر یک تیرچه فولادی با جان باز استفاده کند، الزاماً تیرچه نیازیت محسوب نمیشود. نیازیت یک طرح ثبتشده و دارای ساختار اختصاصی است. ما این فناوری را توسعه دادهایم تا بتوانیم مزایایی مانند حذف بتن از جان تیرچه، کا
