Shahrood Steel (Foolad Shahrood) is a large steel producer in Shahrood, Semnan province, in northeast Iran, manufacturing various steel sections and reinforcing bar (rebar) grades A2/A3. Established in 1380 (2001) and operational from 1385 (2006), the plant converted from a private to a public joint-stock company in 1399 (2020) and exports to neighboring markets including Afghanistan and Tajikistan.

در سال های اخیر صنعت آبکاری الکتریکی فلزات در پاسخ به نیاز بازار شاهد رشد چشمگیری بوده است. رشد صنایع الکترونیکی و هوا و فضا و نیاز به مواد قابل اعتماد ، با کیفیت و دارای خواص کنترل شده نقش چشم گیری در این رشد و پیشرفت داشته اند. آبکاری یك فرآیند الکترولیتی است که برای نشاندن یك لایه از فلز برروی یك سطح فلزی یا غیر فلزی انجام می شود این فرایند برای افزایش ویژگیهایی مانند مقاومت در برابر سایش و خوردگی یا برای اهداف تزئینی بهکار می رود. فرایند آبکاری اساسا شامل عبور جریان الکتریکی از بین دو الکترود غوطه ور در یك الکترولیت می باشد. الکترود با بار مثبت به عنوان آند و الکترود با بار منفی به عنوان کاتد شناخته شده است . الکترولیت شامل ذرات باردار الکتریکی یا یون است. وقتی که یك پتانسیل الکتریکی یا ولتاژ بین دو الکترود ایجاد می شود یون ها به سمت الکترود با بار مخالف حرکت می کنند. یون با بار مثبت به کاتد و یونهای با بار منفی به آند می روند. در نتیجه حرکت الکترون ها، یك جریان، بین دو الکترود و یك مدار الکتریکی ایجاد می شود. انرژی الکتریکی توسط یك منبع تغذیه DC مانند ریکتیفایر ایجاد می شود. در طول آبکاری، یونهای فلزی با بار مثبت در کاتد تخلیه شده و فلز بر روی سطح می نشیند بر عکس این فرایند در آند رخ می دهد و در آند حل شونده، یونهای فلزی از طریق انحلال آند تشکیل می شوند. براقی نیکل NIKANIC BX130 یک افزودنی برای وانهای نیکل است که با ایجاد براقیت و همسطحکنندگی بالا، تخلخلهای میکرونی زیرلایههای برنجی، آهنی و زاماک را پوشش داده و لایهای نرم با قابلیت پذیرش بالای کرم ایجاد میکند. نیکل کمبو NIKACOMBO LBW 150A افزودنی ترکیبی با فرمولاسیون جدید برای الکترولیت نیکل براق و مورد استفاده برای وان های نیکل با تلاطم هوایی می باشد. نیکل کمبو LBW 150G افزودنی ترکیبی با فرمولاسیون جدید برای الکترولیت نیکل براق و مورد استفاده برای وان های نیکل با تلاطم هوایی میباشد. براقی نیکل پریمیوم NIKANIC B 125 در الکترولیت های نیکل جهت افزایش خاصیت هم سطح کنندگی و همچنین قدرت پرتاب های بالا وایجاد پوششی با کرم پذیری مطلوب و با قابلیت انعطاف پذیری بالا را می گردد. این ترکیب باعث ایجاد پوشش نیکل با پرده رنگ سفید می شود و از سویی از نظر اقتصادی مقرون به صرفه می باشد. نرم کن نیکل پریمیوم NIKANIC L 128
