The production of the first Peugeot 405 hydraulic power steering pump in 1995, marked Pirouz Group entry to the Iranian automotive manufacturers. Employing about 400 workers Pirouz occupies an area of 16,000 square meters divided into three sites. Pirouz Auto Parts Development Group is manufacturing a wide range of hydraulic power steering pumps for cars and heavy vehicles and gas springs. زانیس تولید کننده گریس نسوز و گریس صنعتی دمای بالا برای کاربردهای صنعتی، بلبرینگ، یاتاقان و رولبرینگ است. محصولات زانیس با تمرکز بر پایداری حرارتی، ماندگاری روی قطعه و عملکرد مطمئن در شرایط کاری سخت تولید میشوند. دمای بالا زانیس تولید کننده گریس نسوز و گریس صنعتی دمای بالا برای کاربردهای صنعتی، بلبرینگ، یاتاقان و رولبرینگ است. محصولات زانیس با تمرکز بر پایداری حرارتی، ماندگاری روی قطعه و عملکرد مطمئن در شرایط کاری سخت تولید میشوند. گروه تولیدی صنعتی زانیس فعالیت خود را از سال ۱۳۸۹ در حوزه تولید و بازرگانی آغاز کرد و در سال ۱۳۹۲ با احداث واحد تولیدی، موفق به اخذ پروانه بهرهبرداری از سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان خراسان رضوی در زمینه تولید گریس نسوز شد. زانیس با تکیه بر نیروی متخصص، کنترل کیفیت مرحلهبهمرحله و دریافت گواهینامه استاندارد ملی، محصولاتی را برای کاربردهای صنعتی، بلبرینگها، یاتاقانها و رولبرینگها تولید میکند. گریسهای زانیس با تمرکز بر پایداری حرارتی، چسبندگی مناسب، مقاومت در برابر آب و حفظ عملکرد در شرایط کاری سخت طراحی شدهاند. برای ارزیابی کیفیت گریس نسوز زانیس، شاخصهایی مانند نفوذپذیری، نقطه قطره شدن، پایداری در برابر آب، روشن شدن روغن و فرسودگی بررسی میشوند. این آزمونها به انتخاب دقیقتر گریس برای شرایط کاری مختلف کمک میکنند. ساختار گریس (الیاف کوتاه و بلند) به نوع سفت کننده مواد افزودنی و روغن پایه بستگی دارد. اکثر گریس ها به طور معمول الیاف کوتاه دارند اما برخی نیز مانند گریس چرخ دنده های روباز دارای الیاف بلند هستند. بو معمولا هر گریس دارای بوی مشخص است که ناشی از نوع روغن پایه، سفت کننده و مواد افزودنی مصرف شده و یا تحت تاثیر اسانس های مصرفی است. بوی تند و زننده گریس نشانه کیفیت پایین گریس است که به دلیل استفاده از روغن پایه اکسید شده و یا اکسید شدن گریس در معرض دمای بالا و غیر معمول در فرآیند تولید گریس بروز می نماید. رنگ تعیین کننده کیفیت گریس نیست.رنگ گریس به طور طبیعی با توجه به نوع مواد مصرفی ممکن است کاملا بی رنگ، طلایی، زرد، قهوه ای کم رنگ تا قهوه ای تیره و سیاه باشد. به منظور تولید گریس با رنگ های خاص مانند قرمز، آبی یا سبز از رنگدانه های مناسب استفاده می شود. نوع و میزان روغن پایه و سفت کننده در تعیین دانسیته گریس موثر است.
