گروه تولیدی “ اتصالات گاز آریا “، تولید را از سال ۱۳۷۹ آغاز نمود. تولیدات اتصالات گازی آریا شامل سه گروه اصلی زیر می باشد: به ۳ دلیل اتصالات گازی تولیدی آریا با سطح کیفیت بسیار بالاتر از سطح شناخته شده عمومی در میان تولید کنندگان اتصالات جوشی ، وارد چرخه تولید شدند: تولید کننده اتصالات جوشی آریا، ارائه دهنده ۰ تا ۱۰۰ ملزومات لوله کشی گاز روکار، لوله کشی گاز توکار و لوله کشی آتش نشانی می باشد. آریا به عنوان نمایندگی لوله سپاهان، سپنتا ، آریاوا و کیهان ارائه دهنده لوله و اتصالات با بهترین قیمت و تضمین استاندارد می باشد. پخش لوله و اتصالات گاز به سراسر ایران و کشورهای همسایه امکان پذیر است. اتصالات گازی آریا جام تولید کننده بهترین اتصالات جوشی گاز استاندارد شامل اتصالات جوشی درزدار ، اتصالات جوشی مانیسمان و اتصالات دنده ای می باشد. انواع زانو، سه راهی، تبدیل، بست و کپ آریا جام در شبکه های لوله کشی گاز خانگی ، لوله کشی گاز صنعتی و لوله کشی آتش نشانی استفاده دارد. در لوله کشی روکار و لوله کشی گاز توکار، از بهترین اتصالات جوشی جهت ایجاد انشعاب و خم، اتصال لوله و دیگر قطعات استفاده می شود. آریا ارائه دهنده انواع اتصالات لوله کشی گاز می باشد. قیمت اتصالات گاز آریا کاملا رقابتی و دارای درصد تخفیف مناسب با میزان خرید می باشد. اتصالات جوشی مانیسمان از انواع اتصالات لوله کشی گاز می باشد. در مبحث استاندارد لوله کشی گاز، سطح کنترل و تست بسیار بالاتر از موارد مشابه است. محصولات اتصالات جوشی مانیسمان تا ۱۷۰ بار فشار معادل حدود ۲۵۰۰ پوند تست می گردد. این سطح تست بسیار بالا می باشد. لذا در صورتی که از جوش مناسب و روش جوشکاری گازی مناسب استفاده گردد، هیچگاه ترکیدگی در اثر فشار، در اتصالات جوشی آریا دیده نخواهد شد. باید بدانید که: اتصالات جوشی مانیسمان ، که در در شبکه لوله کشی آتش نشانی استفاده می گردند، پس از نصب در پروژه به مدت ۲۴ ساعت الی ۴۸ ساعت تحت فشار ۱۰ الی ۲۰ بار تست میشوند. در لوله کشی گاز حداکثر ۱۰ الی ۱۵ پوند معادل ۱.۰۳ بار تست صورت میگیرد. لذا تست ۱۷۰ بار معادل ۲۵۰۰ پوند، رنج بسیار بالایی می باشد. در کارخانه تولید اتصالات جوشی آریا جام، تولید اتصالات جوشی گاز اعم از اتصالات جوشی مانیسمان و … با توجه به نوع کالا و کاربرد آن، به روش های مختلف زیر صورت می گیرد. در قسمت وبلاگ،
