شرکت صنایع غذایی به طعم نگین سپاهان تولید کننده انواع غذاهای آماده و نیمه آماده در آذر ماه سال۹۱ در زمینی به مساحت ۳۶۰۰ متر مربع واقع در شهرک صنعتی رازی شروع به ساخت و تجهیز نموده و در تاریخ ۲۰/۱۲/۹۲ به بهره برداری رسید . این شرکت با به کار گیری از تکنولوژی روز و استفاده از دستگاههای مدرن و اتوماتیک ، پس از اخذ مجوزهای لازم از سازمان غذا و دارو ، اداره کل استاندارد ، سازمان حلال جهانی و همچنین بررسی میدانی محصولات مشابه و برقراری رابطه منطقی تولید و بازار از نظر عرضه محصول قابل رقابت به طور رسمی از ابتدای سال ۹۴ مشغول به فعالیت شده است . دسته بندی محصولات به طعم : ۱- غذاهای منجمدآماده طبخ : شامل همبرگر ۳۰ درصد گوشت – همبرگر ۶۰ درصد گوشت – همبرگر ۹۰ درصد گوشت – کباب لقمه ۷۰ درصد گوشت – جوجه کباب ( بدون استخوان – کتف و بال – با استخوان ) میباشد . ۲- غذاهای منجمد آماده مصرف : شامل ناگت مرغ ۷۰ درصد – ناگت میگو ۷۰ درصد – فیله مرغ سوخاری – شنیتسل مرغ سوخاری – فلافل – کوکو سبزی- کتلت گوشت ۴۰ درصد – بلدرچین کامل سوخاری – قطعات مرغ سوخاری – قارچ دکمه ای سوخاری – قارچ صدفی سوخاری – قطعات مرغ سرخ شده می باشد . این دسته بندی بر اساس نحوه آماده سازی محصول صورت گرفته ، غذاهای آماده طبخ ، غذاهای فرآوری شده ا ی هستند که به صورت خام بسته بندی و عرضه میشوند و برای آماده سازی احتیاج به پخت کامل دارند . غذاهای منجمد آماده مصرف ، محصولاتی هستند که طی دو مرحله فرآیند ، سرخ شده و سپس با بخار سوپر هیت کاملا پخته می شوند که برای استفاده در منزل فقط احتیاج به گرم کردن دارند که برحسب سلیقه مشتری می تواند به صورت بدون روغن در فر یا مایکرو ویو یا با روغن در سرخ کن و یا ماهیتابه انجام گیرد . کلیه محصولات منجمد بوده و بایستس در دمای ۱۸- درجه در فریزری که این دما را تعییین کند نگهداری شود و در صورتی که طی نگهداری دیفراست شود نباید مورد استفاده قرار گیرد . کلیه محصولات به جز جوجه کباب جه مصرف احتیاج به انجمادزدایی ندارند و مستقیما در حالت انجماد میتوانند گرم و یا سرخ شوند . لازم به ذکر است کلیه محصولات منجمد آماده مصرف به طعم کاملا پخته هستند مقایسه غذاهای آماده کاملا پخته با غذاهای آماده نیمه پخته : ۱- محصو لات کاملا پخته که پس از فرآیند سرخ کردن در کارخانه مرحله پخت با بخار را نیز طی می کنند برای
