درباره شرکت موسسه صنعت سازان اسپادانا در سال 1376 با استفاده از پتانسيل نيروهاي متخصص خود در زمينه طراحي و ساخت گيربكسهاي صنعتي شروع به فعاليت نمود. سابقه فعاليت اين مجموعه قبل از آن بيشتر در حوزة طراحي مالتي اسپيندلها و ماشينهاي مخصوص برادهبرداري بود. اين مجموعه در طی سنوات متمادی با بررسي نيازهاي بخشهاي مختلف صنعتي محصولات متنوعی را با نام گيربكس آسيا به بازار معرفی نموده است . که کلیه محصولات بدین شرح می باشد: شروع کار در بخش اول با طراحي و ساخت گيربكسهاي Coaxial از سايز 20 الي 90 كه در واقع نوع خاصي از گيربكسهاي موازي است و محور ورودي و خروجي در يك امتداد ميباشند، شروع شد و تحت عنوان MAS معرفي گردید. از مزيتهای انحصاري اين گيربكس بهرهگيري از سيستم Multi Stage در مكانيزم آن است. اين ويژگي شرايطي را بوجود ميآورد كه مصرف كننده ميتواند با استفاده از چرخدندههاي هليكال كه داراي بازده 98% هستند با چند مرحله تبديل دور به نسبتهاي تبديل بسيار بالا حتي تا حد 500 برساند. اين امر مصرف كننده را از بكارگيري موتورهايي با دور پايين بينياز ميسازد. سری دوم محصولات سری دوم گيربكسهای موازی تحت عنوان RAP از سايز 70 الي 130 به صنعتگران ارائه گردید. در اين نوع با استفاده از فضاي داخل گيربكس براحتي ميتوان چرخدندههاي نوع هليكال را براي توانهاي بالا تا حد 400Kw قرار داد. بازده كل گيربكسهاي ساخت اين مجموعه با عنایت به سنگ زنی پروفیل دندانه ها افزون بر 90 % ميباشد. سری محصولات خورشیدی صنعت سازان با نگرش به پیشرفت و توسعه صنعت انتقال قدرت در گام بعدی، طراحی و تولید گیربکسهای خورشیدی ( Planetary Gearbox ) را بطور سفارشی در دستور کار خود قرار داده است. سری محصولات RAO سری سوم محصولات گیربکس آسیا با نام RAO با استفاده از تركيب چرخدندههاي Bevel Spiral (مخروطي مارپيچ) و چرخدندههاي هليكال معرفی شده است. ساختار این مدل گیربکس براساس گيربكسهاي RAP می باشد. از اينرو براحتي قابليت جايگزيني و تركيب با آن نوع را دارد. مجموعه دانش بنیان صنعت سازان اسپادانا در سال 1376 با استفاده از پتانسيل نيروهاي متخصص خود در زمينه طراحي و ساخت گيربكسهاي صنعتي شروع به فعاليت نمود. سابقه فعاليت اين مجموعه قبل از آن بيشتر در حوزة طراحي مالتي اسپيندلها و ماشينهاي مخصوص برادهبرداري بود.
