شركت جامه پوش آرا (JPA) فعاليت خود را تحت عنوان توليدي برادران فخار در تاريخ 1361/02/01 آغاز نمود. در سال 1375 با توجه به موفقيتهاي كسب شده در سالهاي گذشته و انگيزه و توان لازم جهت توسعه مجموعه، نسبت به خريد زميني واقع در شهرك صنعتي سپهر نظر آباد اقدام نموده و در مورخ 1376/02/29 شركت جامه پوش آرا (JPA) را بنیان گذارد. شرکت فعالیت خود را در کارخانه ای به وسعت5700 متر مربع و با زير بناي 2200 متر مربع و با تعداد 50 نفر پرسنل آغاز نمود که هم اکنون این تعداد به بیش از 150 نفر می باشند. لازم به ذکر می باشد که شرکت طرح توسعه در دست اقدام دارد. مزید اطلاع اینکه طی مدت زمان فوق تنی چند از مسئولین عالی رتبه دولتی و خصوصی از مجموعه بازدید . از عملکرد مثبت شرکت قدردانی نموده و رهنمودهایی ارائه فرمودند.
