Arak Novin Hot-Dip Galvanizing Plant began its independent operations in 1380. The most important goal of this مجموعه, as a key member of Iran’s galvanizing industry, has been to satisfy customers and join the group of suppliers meeting the country’s need for hot-dip galvanizing, especially in the power generation and distribution, telecommunications, oil, gas and petrochemical, road construction, agriculture, and other industries. The continuous efforts of the Arak Novin research and development team, its several years of experience in hot-dip galvanizing various steel and cast-iron parts, and its ongoing compliance with recognized global production and quality control standards led this مجموعه to obtain ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification in 1393 and to upgrade its certificate to ISO 9001:2015 in 1396. At present, in order to meet the growing needs of public and private industries for hot-dip galvanizing of various steel and cast-iron parts, four separate hot-dip galvanizing lines are in use at the Arak Novin plant. Line No. 1 contains two longitudinal tanks of different dimensions. Line No. 2 is the result of the innovative and unique design of the Arak Novin engineering team and is exclusively dedicated to the hot-dip galvanizing technique for conduit pipes. Line No. 3 is equipped with a portable centrifuge device for hot-dip galvanizing small or threaded parts, such as bolts, nuts, and fixtures, and Line No. 4 is also used for hot-dip galvanizing various cast-iron fittings.
