درباره ما شرکت فرش اطمینان گروه نساجی اطمینان (شرکت صنایع نساجی نگین اطمینان ایرانیان ) یکی از مجموعه های عظیم تولید فرش ماشینی میباشد که در سال 1374 در قطب صنعت فرش ماشینی ایران، شهرک صنعتی سلیمان صباحی بیدگلی واقع در شهرستان آران وبیدگل تاسیس شد. گروه نساجی اطمینان طی سال ها فعالیت خود در صنعت نساجی کشور توانسته است در راستای تامین نیاز و سلیقه مشتریان با استفاده از پیشرفتهترین تکنولوژی های بافت دنیا و بهرهگیری از متخصصان مجرب، انواع فرشهای ماشینی را با تراکم بالا، در طرح ها و رنگ های مختلف تولید نماید. این گروه شامل سه واحد عظیم تولیدی فعال میباشد که در هر واحد محصولی منحصر به فرد تولید میشود. واحد شماره یک ( تولید ) : این واحد صنعتی با بهره گیری از دانش روز دنیا اقدام به تولید انواع فرش 1200شانه (ریزبافت ترین فرش ماشینی جهان) و 700 شانه دستبافت گونه نموده است. شرکت به عنوان یک شرکت پیشرو در صنعت فرش ماشینی کشور به شمار می آید. از جمله بخش های مختلف این شرکت می توان به سالن تولید ، انبار مواد اولیه، ساختمان اداری و آزمایشگاه مجهز کنترل کیفیت استاندارد اشاره کرد. واحد شماره دو( اوپال ) : در راستای نیاز بازار و به منظور پاسخ به سلیقه ی مشتریان در سال 1396 با هدف تولید فرش ماشینی در شانه پایین و تولید محصول گبه و گلیم به بهره برداری رسید. این واحد شامل دستگاه های بافندگی 500شانه و گلیم از کمپانی واندویل بلژیک می باشد. واحد فروش و لجستیک : با توجه به تنوع محصولات این مجموعه و همچنین حجم بالای تولیدات و در نتیجه نیاز به فضای وسیع، تولیدات این مجموعه در انبار مرکزی و به صورت بسته بندی شده نگهداری میشود و از آنجا برای مشتریان بارگیری و ارسال میگردد. افتخارات گروه نساجی اطمینان صادر کننده نمونه فرش 1200شانه در سه سال متوالی 95،94و96 واحد نمونه صنعتی استان در سه سال 94،93و96 دارای تندیس رعایت حقوق مصرف کننده ... و اخذ نشان ملی استاندارد ایران اخذ گواهی نامه مدیریت کیفیت ایزو 9001-2008 اخذ گواهینامه بین المللی مدیریت کسب و کار BTI اخذ گواهینامه بین المللی مدیریت عالی و کیفی TQM اخذ گواهینامه تحقیق و توسعه (R & D) عضو انجمن صنایع نساجی ایران عضو انجمن مدیران صنایع ایران عضو انجمن کارفرمایان استان اصفهان برگزیده جشنواره مدیران توانمند داخلی برگزیده سمینار مدیران جوان کشو

Insulating Materials and Components of Transformerboard Components and insulating sheets of pressboard are used in oil-immersed power and distribution transformers primarily due to their high purity, mechanical strength and optimal oil-impregnability. Transformerboard is used to subdivide highly stressed oil channels into narrower gaps. The barriers are so arranged to be perpendicular to the electric field lines. Insulation parts are fully impregnated , dimensionally stable , with very favorable dielectric properties and are manufactured to the best quality . Transformerwood in Power Transformers is used close to the ends of windings for clamping rings , Clamping segments, blocks that transfer clamping forces to the windings and terminal holders. They are exposed to not so strong electric fields . The pressboard components , such as angle rings , chimney segments and end leads are chosen so that can adapt themselves with electric field conditions prevailing in the transformer. Especially in highly stressed areas, the dimensional stability and good dielectric features are of great advantage. Special forming and pressing procedures are employed in the manufacturing technique of the pressboard components.
