شرکت آبان فلات با ظرفیت تولید بیش از ۱۵۰۰۰ تن لوله پلی اتیلن در سال دارای استاندارد بین المللی ۲۰۱۵:ISO 9001 می باشد. توليدات این شرکت دارای پروانه کاربرد علامت استاندارد ملی ایران و تایید صلاحیت اداره توسعه سامانه های نوین آبیاری بوده و نیز دارنده رتبه A در انجمن صنفی تولید کنندگان لوله پلی اتیلن ایران و پروانه بهداشتی از وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی است پلی اتیلن یکی از ساده ترین انواع پلیمر هاست که اولین بار توسط شیمی دان آلمانی به نام Hans Von Pechmanv کشف شد. او در سال ۱۸۹۸ هنگام حرارت دادن دی آزومتان، ترکیب مومی شکل سفیدی را سنتز کرد که بعدها پلی اتيلن نام گرفت. پلی اتیلن ها بسته به چگالی، به چهار گونه پلی اتیلن با چگالی پایین (LDPE)، پلی اتیلن خطی با چگالی پایین (LLDPE)، پلی اتیلن با چگالی متوسط (MDPE) و پلی اتیلن با چگالی بالا (HDPE) تقسیم می شوند دارای استاندارد بین المللی ۲۰۱۵:ISO 9001 محصولات تولیدی آبان فلات دارای استاندارد بین المللی ۲۰۱۵:ISO 9001 آزمایشگاه این شرکت دارای استاندارد ISO/IEC 17025 از مرکز ملی تایید صلاحیت ایران، می باشد و به عنوان مرجعی برای انجام آزمونهای لولههای پلی اتیلن مورد استفاده برای طرحهای گازرسانی، آبرسانی، فاضلابی، آبیاری و قطره چکان دار، با بکارگیری استانداردهای ملی INSO 14427 IGS, INSO 6775, INSO 7607 و با هدف افزایش سطح رضایت مشتریان خود از طریق خدمات آزمایشگاهی با کیفیت فعالیت می نماید. همچنین متخصصین واحد کنترل کیفیت، نظارت کامل و جامعی بر کیفیت محصولات تولیدی از ورود مواد اولیه تا تحویل محصول نهایی به مشتری بر اساس طرح کیفیت هر یک از محصولات تولیدی را دارند. لولههای پلی اتیلن تک جداره، از جمله لولههای پلیمری است که می توان از آنها در فشارهای بین ۲/۵ تا ۴۰ بار، با قطرهای مختلف استفاده نمود.
