Siman Bojnourd

Bojnourd Cement Company, with more than 2 decades of activity, is one of the subsidiaries of the Tamin Cement and Fars and Khuzestan holding companies. It was established as a private joint-stock company in May 1985 and registered with the Tehran Office for Company Registration and Industrial Property. The execution work for construction of the 2,000-ton plant line began in 1993 and its operation started in April 1999. Pursuant to the resolution dated 2003/03/19 of the extraordinary general assembly, the company type was changed from private joint-stock to public joint-stock, and subsequently it was admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange and Securities Organization in December 2003. The 3,300-ton plant development plan (line 2) began in 2004 and was put into operation in February 2009.
