Greiner اتریش خریداری و نصب گردبد .ظرفیت خطوط تولیدی در حال حاضر بالغ بر 000/ 5 تن در سال و با در دست داشتن طرح توسعه در حال اقدام 15/000 تن در سال ، در فضایی بالغ بر 50/000 مترمربع نصب و راه اندازی گردید. از آنجا که این شرکت از تدوین کنندگان استاندارد پروفیل در کمیته تدوین بوده است ، لذا با پایبندی و تعهد به کیفیت ، توانسته اولین دریافت کننده گواهی نامه فنی از مرکز تحقیقات ساختمان و مسکن در زمینه تولید پروفیل upvc جهت استفاده در ساخت درب و پنجره در شرایط آب و هوایی حاد باشد .ضمناً این شرکت تنها دارنده استاندارد کارخانه ای در زمینه تولید پروفیل upvc در کشور بوده که در حال حاضر با پیگیری متخصصین و پرسنل تولید خود موفق به اخذ گواهی نامه 17025 که هدف اصلی آن پایش دائمی کیفیت است ، گردیده است. بر همین اساس تجهیزات کامل آزمایشگاهی این شرکت توانائی ارائه خدمات در مدرن ترین آزمایشگاه آکرودیته کشور در زمینه تخصصی خود می باشد و به دلیل این ویژگی موفق به اخذ گواهینامه "صلاحیت آزمایشگاه همکار "توسط موسسه استاندارد ایران گردید .در این آزمایشگاه انجام انواع تست ها از قبیل تست ضربه ،جوش ،مقاومت جوش ، برگشت حرارتی ،شکنندگی ،رنگ و نور میسر بوده ، که با پایش دائمی موسسه skz آلمان و تحت استاندارد RAL-GZ716 و با قرارداد دائمی با این شرکت ،همچنین قرارداد با مرکز تحقیقات ساختمان و مسکن کشور در حال پایش مداوم کیفی باشد .لازم به ذکر است پروفیلهای UPVC این شرکت علاوه بر مدارک کیفی فوق ، دارای ضمانتنامه 25 سال و تحت پوشش بیمه 10 ساله قرار گرفته است.
