RIC-CABLE Official- Web Site: www.ric-co.ir ', footer: ' Rafsanjan Industrial Complex(RIC) - Web Site: www.rafsanjan-ic.com طبیعت مواد مادری خاکها وکمی نزولات آسمانی سبب گردیده تا کربنات کلسیم به صورت ترکیب غالب در خاکهای مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک در آید به گونه ای که بیش از 20 درصد و گاهی تا 60 درصد وزن خاک در مناطق کوهپایه ای و کوهستانی را کربنات کلسیم تشکیل می دهد در این شرایط کمبود برخی عناصر از جمله آهن از مشکلات تغذیه ای گیاهان مورد کاشت و از جمله درختان میوه در این مناطق است . استفاده از ترکیبات آهن به صورت کلات به گونه ای که از پایداری لازم در شرایط خاک برخوردار باشد از جمله راهکارهای مقابله با کمبود آهن است اغلب به شکل یون فرو(آهن دو ظرفیتی) توسط گیاهان جذب و به صورت کلات های آلی و یا سنتزشده از طریق خاک و یا محلول پاشی بر روی برگها جذب گیاهان می گردد. کمبود آهن در خاک با مشکلات زیادی همراه است , لذا اصلاح خاک از طریق کنترل تغییرات شیمیایی همیشه مقدور نبوده و لازم است با استفاده از کودهای آهن کمبود این عنصر را جبران نمود. رایج ترین ترکیبات آهن , کلات ها می باشند. در ساخت کلات های آهن , ترکیبات آلی مختلفی مانند DTPA , EDTA , EDDHA همراه با یون آهن به کار گرفته شده که بر اساس PH خاک و نوع گیاهان توصیه می شوند . سطح وسیعی از اراضی کشور ایران را خاکهای آهکی می پوشانند. وجود کربنات کلسیم یا کلسیم بی کربنات در این خاکها , تاثیر عمیقی بر ویژگیهای مختلف خاک بر جای می گذارد. گیاهان رویش یافته در این خاکها به طرق و درجات مختلف , وجود کلسیم بی کربنات در خاک را آشکار می سازند. زرد برگی گیاهان یا کلروز آهن , بارزترین پاسخ گیاهان به وجود کلسیم بی کربنات می باشند. گیاهان مبتلا به زرد برگی در واقع دچار تنش در تغذیه آهن می باشند. مهم ترین روش برای درمان کمبود آهن در گیاهان استفاده از کود آهن یا کلات آهن است. کودهای کلات دارای سابقه ای 40 ساله در دنیا هستند که فقط تعداد معدودی از کشورهای صنعتی قادر به تولید این کودها هستند. عوامل کلات کننده مختلفی در کلات های آهن استفاده می شود که معروف ترین آنها شامل اتیلن دی امین تترا استیک اسید (EDTA) – دی اتیلن تری امین پنتا استیک اسید (DTPA) و اتیلن دی امین دی ارتو هیدروکسی فنیل استیک اسید (EDDHA) می باشند. بنیان کودهای کلات آهن ذکر شد
